Complete Scam

Update: They troll sitejabber and pad the positives. They actually took time to respond on this site yet WILL NOT process my refund and claim the COVID pandemic and low staff. Yet they have the time to troll this site. Plus, they still have not addressed sending me the WRONG products, with IMITATION LESS THAN FILLED BOTTLES.

I placed and order that was supposed to be here by 6/3/22. They created a shipping label on 6/1 but never shipped. I sent emails, posted to their online customer form, and sent notes through Amazon Pay on 6/4 and 6/6 requesting a refund and cancellation of the order. They finally responded on 6/7 at 11am stating they'd check my order, then shipped it that evening at 8pm, knowing full well I wanted a refund and to cancel. Half of the order arrived on 6/8 and it was NOT what I ordered. I ordered the ULTRA version and they sent the plan version. Plus, the bottles are supposed to be 32oz's, but they are not close to be being full and closer to be being filled to about 25oz's, and the color of the product inside is purplish and should be clear/white. Looks like I will have to go through both Amazon Pay and/or my Credit Card Company and dispute the charges, b/c it's unlikely they will give me the FULL refund I have repeatedly asked for send me a shipping label that I just asked for after finally getting the bogus products.

I entered a case with Amazon Pay on 6/14 b/c HOB will not respond or answer their phones. On 6/18 HOB responded only to say the shipment had arrived, but did NOT acknowledge my request for a shipping label and full refund for sending the wrong product, less than full, with imitation contents.

Tip for consumers:

Don't order from them. You will get it long after they say you will b/c they create the shipping label and then don't ship for another 8 days. PLUS, What you see on the website and order is not what you get. The contents of the bottles is less than what it should be AND it is likely not the real thing since the shampoo I ordered wasn't even the right color as the real stuff I already had.

Scammers, Fake, terrible customer service

I first placed my order from this website over 3 weeks ago. I got an email that my order was successfully placed. After two days i got an email saying my order was being processed and that it would take 2-4 business days to ship. After about a week i still hadn't received a shipment email. I then noticed on their website it said processing would take 8-14 business days. Which is fine i completely understand things are taking longer due to the pandemic i just don't understand why it didn't say that in the processing email. I decided to wait longer. And after two weeks of waiting i still hadnt received a shipment email so i decided to contact them. I emailed them asking about what was going with my package. I was patient and waited a few days to receive a reply from them but i never did. So i continued to contact them. Up to this day i've sent them 6 emails and i haven't gotten a reply to none of them. Seeing as how they were ignoring my emails i decided to call them with the number they provided in the email from when i first placed my order. When i called no one picked up, instead it said the number was "unavailable." Which is absolutely RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE, because in the email they send you when you first place your order it says their customer service team is available monday-friday from 9am-6pm which is within the day and time that i tried to call them. This just all comes to show that this company is fake, and are just scammers trying to steal your money, once you place your order they'll charge you and you'll never hear from them again. Please SAVE YOUR MONEY and order from a trusted company such as sally beauty, which is where i will continue to order from now on. This was my first time ordering from this place definitely my last. I tried to ask for a refund but as i said i never heard back from them so i've currently contacted my bank to file a dispute and get my money back. For those of you who are trying to get a refund from this company save your time as they will completely ignore you and contact your bank instead. I should've ordered from sally beauty instead. This is my fault for not reading the reviews about this company before placing an order so i hope those reading this learn from this experience.

They are Fraudulent

I placed an order on May 6th for 13 products for the hair the money cleared my account on May the 8th. I received a generic email on May 9th stating to please allow 2-4 days processing and which at that time I would receive a tracking number for my order. Around May the 12th the order was still showing in processing so I called the customer service number in the website which never works, you get a busy signal or a voicemail that says they are not open@ 10:00 in the morning but according to your website you are open during that time and if you're not there why are you processing orders?. I emailed them got another generic email on May the 13th that said due to Covid 19 processing extended to 10-14 days but orders would be shipped during that time. I emailed again that same day got an email that said our support team has received your request. After numerous emails and phone calls I got my bank involved today is 05/21/2020 2 weeks now and the order on the website still says in processing. My bank is now investigating and the monies for this order will be refunded to the account and they will deal with the merchant. Please read the reviews! Had I done that I would not be faced with this situation. I thought because they had all the products I needed they were reputable. I placed 6 other orders in the States of New York, California, Arkansa and Louisiana, they have all arrived except for this one. I placed orders last week, they have all arrived this weekend with the lase on on this Saturday. They have a website set up on goggle and all you see is good reviews but very very very generic which leads me to believe either they are people from the company or paid people. At any rate don't waste your time they are a fraud.

Why the title? Well, excuse my French but everything that exits is pure SH! T, no cuts no chasers including the excuses. Here's how I support that theory.
But before I get into it and people get lost in translation or do not want to read through it all, here is my process and I think everyone should do it. I would feel bad if it gets shut down but with their bad customer service, really remove my feelings from it all. I am sending this to BBB AND reporting this to the FTC for fraud/scam/bad business practice. There is no way this company and companies alike should still be operating.

Recently, my fiance ordered some products from them AND paid for shipping and handling to be expedited. She kept checking the tracking number and never saw any action other than your order was received. 5 DAYS LATER she asked me if I could help her in locating her package. I looked and told her that they received it but that's it, no tracking number, no shipping date, nor no order was shipped. She called them and they put her on hold for 10 mins and finally came back on and then the conversation ended. I asked her what was said and she told me that they said that they are waiting on a product to be shipped from the warehouse and then they will send out her order.

Of course, I told her to call back, give her info and let me speak to them. Again, they picked up and said "hold on" then placed her on hold for 10 minutes. After giving her info, she gave me the phone to intervene. I asked the girl her name, which sounded like a lie and I told her that the conversation is being recorded in which she said was "ok". I asked what was going on with the order and she told me the same bs. So, I asked
"Where on your website does it say that these products are coming from a third party/"warehouse"?" She said that it didn't. BS!

Ok, I asked "How are customers to know that you do not have the product just in case they do not want to wait that long and go elsewhere?" She said I just told her on the phone. BS again!

I asked "Again, how are customers to know before hand?" She said sir, I just told you. Face in palm with that shhh.

I said, "Ok, she paid for 2-5 business days to receive her product, its the 5th day and there is absolutely no life on her tracking." She said, You have to allow 7-10 days for processing. I'm not putting my response for this one.

I'm sorry sir, what do you want me to do? She asked. I told her to not patronize me and either refund all of the money or give the money back from the shipping and handling. She said that she couldn't do that because she doesn't have "authorization".

Let me speak to your manager! She's not in! Transfer me to her extension! "She" doesn't have a phone but I can write down your info and give it to her.

I proceeded to ask for her manager and I told her that I will wait because I feel as if the company is a lie, she is a lie, and she's probably working from home because I could have sworn that I heard an ice maker in the background followed by some toenail clippings popping the mic of the phone. She said that "SHE" is not in yet and I will have to call back but probably wont get to speak to her.

I got frustrated and she said, Sir sir I don't have time to be on the phone with you. I said, "I am a customer, and even though I don't agree with the "customer is always right" motto, I do feel like a customer should walk away feeling optimistic at least about the conversation if nothing else. We are not about to hang up without clarification."

She said that we will not have to pay shipping and handling. I told her to notate the account and send us an email stating so for future reference. She said ok and put me on hold for 30 mins.

I then used my cellphone to call in while on hold with my fiance's phone. Another female answered sounding the same as the previous one. I asked for her name and was given a different name. I then told her the situation. She told me that the girl was on the phone with another customer. I told her that she still has me on hold. She told me oh no wait, I think that she went to ask about you order. So, I said that I'll play them at their own game. I asked to speak to the manager and she said "he" has been in a meeting all day. I said that I thought that your manager was female and she said no. So, I said before I go, is there anything notated on the account and she said no but she will notate that we are not to pay shipping. At the end, we paid shipping with a note delivered with an incomplete order stating that not all of the items were shipped. No refund, discount, a lot of lies and frustration. THIS IS GOING TO THE FTC!
