House of Beauty World.
I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company and their costumer service. I purchased a product from them September 25,2020. When I received my package I was sent the wrong order. I tried reaching out to them via Instagram, e-mail and their phone line, multiple times with no response. It is now January 29,2021. The product that I purchased ($356.50) was more than the item that was sent to me. Come to find out I'm not the only costumer that has been trying to get ahold of this company with many issues of wrong products being sent, not receiving their products and money being taking from them. Please do your research ladies and gentlemen. So you don't end up getting screwed over like me and many other people.

LITERALLY STEALING MONEY FROM CLIENTS

I cant find any more ways to ask for my money, I was confirmed the refund was going to be processed and nothing has happeened so far, the last repsond yesterday was that "the parcel was delivered" Yes it was, it was delivered to the wrong address we have agreed to that almost 2 months ago, several times that I contacted yout through your messenger becasue that is the only place you repond, no phone nothing.

YOU ARE CLEARLY STEALING MONEY, and the lack of your respond is just confirming that. I have posted different pictures of al your conversation in google review, and your messenger and still, keeping the money that does not beling to you.

Tell me and do not bring that BS saying you are doign your best because you are not,`you also have your CRM (Zendesk) which clearly shows that you do not have to use it since you gusy never replied.

The update I need is when my money is going to be refunded. I am not asking any other questions.

I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, For failure to refund my money. I will also be reaching out to the local news station to further shine the light on the "PONZI SCHEME " being run on customers who order from your fake company HOUSE OF BEAUTY, I would like a full of refund of $71.96 A. S.A. P.!

WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM

This is the worst service ever and they will never get my coins ever again or referrals 2weeks+ wait time with updates that items were on the way then BOOM! Order canceled cause you don't have it in stock so why did you have it available on your site or kept updating me that my order was on the way? I'm a customer who I ordered a red pro 2in1 hair and facial steamer as a Christmas present for my mother, unfortunately it is faulty and does not work, I emailed the company for a return and refund of my money however I have received no reply for over a week, I'm concerned because I spent over 100 for my mums present and I don't want it to have gone to waste. I even searched for the company's Instagram page and messaged them on there privately and publicly but still no reply.

SUpposedly a shipping label was created on January 4, but USPS hasn't received it... Now instead of 1/15, will be delivered 1/19, but no heads up given and I sent an email, which was not responded to! HORRIBLE customer service!

I placed an order on the 17th of October 2020, paid $52 (yes $52) shipping cost and my order only half arrived.
I have sent multiple emails via their "customer service" contacts and not once have I received a reply other than the generic "request received"
When you pay hefty shipping costs, you expect the items to be delivered.
I would give them NO STARS if I could, I am completely furious...

Should anyone from HOB actually see this - Order *******. First "request' - ******* 19th December, emailed again 27th Dec & 8th Jan. SECOND request -******* 8th Jan

I have ordered my products close to thanksgiving (Nov. 30th) and we are done with Christmas and I still haven't received it. I have sent several emails and called multiple times but no response. The have already charged me for the order but no sign of knowing when I will receive it. The tracking number they have provided doesn't update and customer service just says "sorry for the inconvenience". It is Jan 6th, 2021 and I have no clue when I will get my order. They are blaming it on USPS, I have ordered so many things online this holiday season but haven't had a delay of 40 days and not sure how many more days it will take to finally receive it. Very bad customer service.

I am so angry! I ordered extensions and the hair was the wrong color. The instructions on the website tells buyers how to get a return label. I followed all instructions and I did not get a reply from phone calls or emails that I sent. I have called and emailed several times. I will never order from this company again. I will tell all of my clients and friends to NEVER order from this site. The owner is Gary Roman. He has a Twitter account. Maybe I would get attention by contacting him!

What rude, awful customer service. I emailed to enquire where my order is as it has been 2 weeks now and they responded stating:

‘There are no estimates for international parcels'. I queried as to why it does not state this on their website (as I wouldn't have placed an order had I known it would take a month + to arrive) and the response I got was ‘It does not state this on the website because it's common sense'

How rude and unprofessional!

I followed up with this and they have come back to me stating ‘It's unprofessional not to have common sense'.

I'm absolutely shocked, who are you employing to work in your customer service team? This is not how you speak to anyone, let alone your customers. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered on nov, 23,2020 it is now dec 14 2020 i still haven't receied a tracking, email or anythng. When i go back to the site it says my order is in the cart but when I click on the shopping cart the cart says empty. Of course its empty because i paid for the merchandise and haven't received at least an email stating my order was received this is totally sickening. I understand things maybe delayed but come on how long do I have to wait before I receive any acknowledgement of my order

I placed my order on 11/18 and was told it will be delivered 11/30. As of today I never received my order. I called customer service and was told it wasn't their problem but rather contact usps.

I am requesting a full refund fir 2 of the items shipped arrived damaged due to the lids on the mega growth leave in treatment and the virgin hair conditioner were not properly taped nor tightened causing lids spilled in the entire box. My order number is *******. Photos has already been sent 3 weeks ago along with help request emails and received NO responses back. Please refund my money back immediately!

SCAM - DO NOT BUY
December 11, 2020

I've paid 230.76 in products on September 20th, I've yet to receive anything in the mail. It's November 11th now. I just received an email saying I'm being refunded for around 30$ which makes no sense given how much I paid. They are impossible to reach and never reply to my messages. Basically I've been scammed out of 230.76 CAD. DO NOT BUY, you will lose your money.

I cannot give 0 stars. Now I was told that I would be refunded but House of Beauty world is playing games and doesn't want to refund me in full although they said that they would. I was sent an email that there would be NO RESTOCKING FEE. HE TOLD ME REFUSE THE PACKAGE AND THATS WHAT I DID! I'm done. I do not even want to speak to that rude disrespectful man again. The management is horrible.
You guys be careful. Make sure that you pay with Amazon pay or go through your credit card company if you have a good company to help you fight them. Their customer service is horrid and they try to take your money even after you sent the item back and they promised you they would refund you fully. They lie. Find another company that will respect your purchase and your patronage. I should never have to go through all this.

I ordered some hair products from this company on 11/3/2020. They sent me a tracking number for my order, however, this tracking number was used back in July 2020 for another customer who lives in another state and delivered on July 18,2020. This definitely wasn't mine! I contacted this company via email (4x's) and called numerous times. They don't answer the phone and they don't return emails. I called my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. I received my money back. This company is NOT LEGIT! Buyer beware please!

AVOID DOING BUSINESS

This is my second time doing business with this company. No problems. Now, my 2nd ordered was placed on 10/14/2020 I was supposed to receive ordered on 10/24/2020 as of today, 11/1/20 I've not received package. I contacted USPS to open a case. I've contacted House of beauty - no response no reply other than auto bot. I must say this company has a ZERO for customer service. Do not believe all the glorious reviews. Avoid doing business with House Of Beauty World.
