I ordered a few products during COVID. When I realized that they shipped me the wrong products, I reached out to them immediately. I have been trying to get in touch with someone via email and phone call for over a year. I have yet to receive a call. Consumers, make sure that you are sent the correct items because you will be stuck with the wrong products. I will never do business with this com again!
I ordered a hair dye from them back on May 6 of 2021. They were out of stock and told me I would be refunded. I have emailed four times and never received a response, I have yet to receive the refund, you cannot reach anybody at customer service and if you try to leave a voicemail it will cut you off and not allow you. I have left Facebook messages and comments on their Facebook page, All to no avail. They did not have a PayPal option and since I used a debit card I cannot dispute the charges with a credit card. I have no recourse except to send all proof of correspondence to my bank to try to get the amount recovered. If you order from this company do so at a very big risk. Save all your correspondence and anything you send to them BCC your self so you have the proof that you were emailing and they are not responding.
Have been trying to contact them for over two weeks now as they've provided me with the bad tracking link and I am unable to track my order - no response. Will be calling my bank to report fraud.
I placed an order on 03/08/2022. Today is 03/29/2022 and I have not received my order. Tried tracking it and it says usps awaiting shipment, it almost a month now. What is wrong with these people? If you don't have the item in stock, why take my money? I have called them several times to cancel the order and give me my money back and they keep telling me it has been canceled. But I just checked on my order details and it still saying "shipped". I've been wronged by this company in the past but I decided to give them another chance... big mistake! This is the worst company ever. People stay away from house of beauty.
Purchase easy, but contacting CS is impossible. I was tripled charged for an order (that never arrived yet). Unable to get to customer service after many tries online and phone.
After this posting, House of Beauty sent a refund to my credit card. However, I couldn't get contact with customer support until I posted on Sitejabber. No kidding! And it was weeks after the delivery date. At least, they made good for the extra charge and the product was eventually delivered.

I placed an order with House of Beauty world. The order total came to over 100 USD. The courier was not able to deliver my goods as I was out at the time. The goods were returned to the store. This was in 2019 and till now, I have not received my refund. I live in the United Kingdom and when I tried to get my money back, the store informed me that I must accept a store credit and ring my order through. Later, they insulted me by writing to tell me I should see a professional because I demanded my money back.
Please do not order from House of Beauty World. They will steal your money if the goods are not delivered. Furthermore, they will mock you simply for trying to get your money back. If you want good customer care and a stress free shopping experience, I strongly advise you spend your money elsewhere.

Do not do buy products from this HOB because they don't do business with you. They only take your money and don't make good on providing the product. I will contact the attorney General office in Philadelphia for their fraudulent practices.

I have only used this company once and will never order from them again. They offer a discount for first time customers but the savings are not worth the aggravation and they left me with a really bad first impression. Their website leads you to believe that they have an excellent selection. However, they charge for items they don't have available. Businesses typically don't charge until an order ships. This company charges your credit card immediately whether your full order is complete or not. They don't respond to emails and provide no tracking information whatsoever. I waited over a month for them to send the missing items from my order and then got fed up and filed a claim with the credit card company.
After my experience with them I decided to look for reviews and found many negative reviews on other websites. Apparently, sending partial orders after charging the customer for the full order is their M. O. And then the customer has to fight with them to get a refund. Despicable!
Looks like it's a pattern for this company not any customer service. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Terrible terrible service if I oils give 0 stars I would I've emailed over two weeks with no response about my Wahl clippers I ordered. They are faulty extremely loud and lever doesn't stay put. This item is faulty yet they seem to be ignoring me.

I placed Order # ******* on April 22nd, 2021 for twenty one (21) items. My total was $225.41. They emailed me on April 25th to inform me that my order was being processed - please allow 2-4 business days processing time after which I would receive a tracking number. I emailed them on May 4th because I never received a tracking number. They quickly shipped me one (1) item from my order on May 6th. The enclosure invoice stated the remaining twenty (20) items would be shipped separately. I have sent them numerous emails since then to no avail. I've called their listed telephone numbers *******957/*******135) and can never reach anyone in customer service. I just want the balance of my money back. They have kept the remaining twenty (20) items from my order as well as the remaining amount of my payment. It's been one month since I placed my order.
Where is my order of detangler dryer on May 4th with order number ******* and i am yet to received any shipping details. Placed an order but was shorted shipped one item. It stated on the packing slip that it would ship from another location in 7-10 days. Have not received item so contracted customer service by phone and email several times no response. Will be disputing charges with my bank.
This company is a complete joke. They charged my credit card and sent me a tracking number. 3 weeks went by and tracking says it's still waiting for pick up. I called and left 3 messages as well as 2 emails and no one ever contacted me. All of the sudden almost a month after my card was charged I got a second tracking number. This place is a joke finally got through to customer service and got an incredibly rude man who just hung up on me. Have filed dispute with credit card company. Do not recommend using them! If there was a zero rating that is exactly what they would have been rated.
I am requesting a full refund for the products destroyed and missing from my order. I have emailed with no response received to date.

I received an email requesting the items destroyed and missing as the pictures I sent would not open. (Pic Below), I replied the same day. No response, no refund seen, Nothing Resolved as yet!
I reordered a wig from House of Beauty World in January of 2020. The texture was not the same as the previous one, so I returned it for an in house credit. I've reached out to them via phone, email and Facebook to no resolution. Each time I was told to be patient, someone would get back with me. I am STILL WAITING.
I even ordered another wig and contacted them about my in house credit. Instead of a credit, they billed my credit card. At this point, I want a REFUND.
I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered hair and mousse from this company. Hair delivered late no mousse. My first email was acknowledged. All others ignored. My friend had the same issue. She eventually got her refund after many many emails. I do not recommend this company.
I ordered 2 boxes of Clairol Soy4Plex Cream 12G **************. Upon opening one box, I found the tube to be half used and sold to me as new. What a waste of money! I had to throw out the box. Wish I checked both boxes when the first arrived.

I bought 2 wigs from H of B, neither of the was like the picture on their site.

Meanwhile wig #2 arrives. I actually did laugh out loud, it was hideous! Absolutely nothing like the wig I was meant to get.
