I did not know it would take these products this long to get here, but I was pleasantly surprised once they arrived with most. I will be returning one. Let's see how efficient and amicable your customer service really is.

I reordered a wig from House of Beauty World in January of 2020. The texture was not the same as the previous one, so I returned it for an in house credit. I've reached out to them via phone, email and Facebook to no resolution. Each time I was told to be patient, someone would get back with me. I am STILL WAITING.
I even ordered another wig and contacted them about my in house credit. Instead of a credit, they billed my credit card. At this point, I want a REFUND.
I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Tip for consumers:
Buy at your own risk. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Offers in house credit on returns but you can't reach them to use it. That makes it TOTALLY WORTHLESS.
