Requested Cancellation same day.
Sent numerous requests for cancellation and full refund.
No response. Only confirmation that customer service was reviewing my requests. 27 may request cancellation same response.

Patience is key
June 15, 2020

I ordered from this company 5/17. I got an email 5/20 saying I'd receive a tracking number in 2-4 days. I git another email 5/31 saying all unshipped orders would be sent in 7-10 business days. I tried calling the numbers and kept getting an automated message saying they were closed and telling me to call during regular business hours. After reading reviews and getting no live person, I became worried that I had been scammed. I called my credit card company 6/2 to dispute the charge. I get another email 6/9 stating that my order had shipped along with a tracking number. My shipment arrived 6/12 with everything that I ordered and all items in good shape.

Basically, the website is not a scam. But their customer service is terrible and/or non-existent. I hope that they can provide the proof of shipment to my credit card company to get the money owed to them from my dispute. Happy with the products but shipping is very slow and u won't get assistance.

They have a lot of discontinued items that u can't find other places so I have to admit I'd use them again, but just expect not to receive anything in a timely manner.

** My rating us 2.5 but I can't give half stars.

They don't respond to emails. ( I did not even try calling as I had already read that they don't respond to phone calls)
I ordered on Apr 23. It took a month to get my order and one of the items was not what I ordered. I sent a refund request on May 23 and another email query after that and still have not heard from them. Seriously bad customer service. I waited awhile to write this review to give them the benefit of responding but alas,,, just as all the other bad reviews warn. Buyer Beware.

I ordered a nail set on the 15th of May, I was told it would be delivered by the 25th, it's now the 13th of June. I've tried emailing for weeks, calling, contacting through their website, and I have had no reply! On the tracking they provided it's been in the same place for 4 weeks, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It is a scam!

I placed an order on May 27th, and received two emails; one saying that my order has been placed, and the other saying that my order is going to be delayed another 5-7 business days on June 6. I've tried calling the customer service multiple times, but I keep getting a voicemail saying they are closed. I am extremely unhappy with this service and would like a refund immediately.

I don't recommend ordering from here.

WTF is my product

I had ordered hair gel April 18th and I am still waiting for my product. I have received emails informing me that it may take 8-14 days to process and ship my order. Still waiting...
I had also received some false shipping details with shipping numbers not being legit. I had them sent 2 inquiry emails to follow with where the hell my product is and receive a response informongmy that they will riview my email When someone is viable. That was a week ago. This is bull$#*!! Never again would I order from the House Of Bull$#*!

I am so over this place and will be calling my credit card company to report fraud charges on my card. I ordered 2 bottles of lotion almost 2 months ago and still have not received them. They indicated that there was a delay due to covid. Hell businesses have opened back up since then and I should have had my products. Cannot get in touch with anyone via email or by phone. These people shipped my package way to California when I live in the Midwest delivered it to the wrong address after waiting an entire month to receive my package! I spent almost 40 dollars and I paid for shipping. I contacted their customer service and called their number and nothing! These people are incompetent thieves that should NOT BE DOING BUSINESS when they can't even get a simple address right!

I bought some items from this company on 13th of January this year. None of them looked like anything described on the package so I returned them. I have been waiting since for a refund, to no avail. Each time I call, it is ALWAYS a voice recording to say that their office is closed.

Please I need my refund ASAP.

Ordered hair products since April 2020. Received a bill for $158.71 canadian dollars. I an still waiting for the products to arrive and its June now. Tried emailing, calling to get the products. You cant speak to anyone. A lawsuit needs to go out against this company for scamming customers. This is illegal.

3RD EMAIL NO RESPONSE

I placed order # ******* on May 15th and have not received confirmation that my order was processed nor a tracking number to date. 3 days later on May 18th, I received a confirmation email that order # ******* was being processed and to allow 2-4 days in which I'll receive a tracking number. Now, almost 30 days later, I am receiving an email stating any order that has not been shipped, will be shipped out in the next 7-10 days.

Where is my order?

House of Beauty allowed their customers to purchase products knowingly that the purchased items was either sold or would not be shipped.

I am requesting that House of Beauty ship my order immediately, now, Friday, June 5th 2028.

Bad Decision

Purchased a product from them on May 9th 2020. It said shipping will take up to 10 business days before shipped. Here it is June 4th 2020 and I have emailed the company 5 times and they took my money and still have not sent my product or responded to my concerns! I do not recommend this company at all. I am out of $40.00 with no product. Horrible service and horrible experience.

Buyer Beware

BUYERS BEWARE:

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews prior to ordering $250 of product from this company nor did I check with the BBB. They have numerous complaints for the same thing i. E, taking your money and not shipping products for 2 months or perhaps no product at all. They kept my money for over a month. Alfter 15 emails and 3 phone calls to disconnected numbers, I requested refund. Still nothing. This company needs to be investigated for deceptive and unfair business practices. I finally was able to get Amazon to refund my money. If you haven't gotten a refund or your order, I suggest contacting The BETTER BUSINESS Bureau OR the following. I plan to do both. Good luck. You're going to need it.
