I have placed an order on June 1,2020, I got an update on June 4 that it's being processed and my order would be delayed 8-14 because of COVID. OK. Now a month has passed, I haven't received tracking number, no updates through email. I have sent 2 emails, no response, I have called multiple times only to get a voicemail!

I placed an order on the 10 of June and just received it however not all my order was shipped. My order number is ******* and on the invoice it is written with a pen that Item Code: ************** will be shipped in September. I can not wait three months to receive item i already paid for. Why hold my money $214.20 for three months when you don't have stock to ship? Please refund my $214.20 for the item that was not shipped. I have sent 2 emails but no reply from this company. I have tried calling but no one answering the phone. If i don't receive my refund of $214.20 by the 3rd of July i would be contacting my credit card company to file a claim. Very sad you would treat your customers this way.

I placed my order on 18th May (over 5 weeks ago!) and have received confirmation that my order has been shipped, however when I view the tracking number it indicates that 'status is not available'. I placed an order on April 27 expecting delays because of COVID. After a month I started emailing with no response. After a month and a half I started looking for alternate emails and phone numbers to contact them. We are coming up in two months and I have no way of contacting them, no response to my email, no cancelled order and no received items. It's a shame such a big business can get away with stealing people's money with no repercussions. The sad thing is I still want my order! This company is run by unconscionable thieves and scammers that just want your money without actually providing you with ANYTHING in return.
I had to get a chargeback on my order. Report them to the FTC. This company should be avoided at all costs. They have these 'perfect' answers that they spew out. For every negative review that gets posted and trust me there are many, a flurry of positive reviews (usually 2 or 3 liners) that immediately follow. They actually write their own positive reviews so DON'T BELIEVE anything positive about this scam.
Then this robot Isobella R will announce her pathetic face along with equally feeble reasons that they're so good at repeating over and over.
Only if the thief that actually runs this company diverts his efforts away from getting a team of people that write positive reviews to actually giving a ***k about their customers. I hope this company gets shut down.

Ordered some hair treatment around 8th May 2020, it's now June 19th 2020. As I purchased, their site bugged and charged me for 5 of the same product when I only bought 1. Sent them 4 emails regarding the issue, and I haven't had a single one back to this day. They didn't send a single thing, even though I received confirmation and shipping emails saying my product had been dispatched, instead they just sent my money back without saying a word. If i could give a zero star review I would.

Wish I had found these reviews before putting in my order. I placed my order June 1, received an email saying that my $64 payment had been issued but can't get a response to my numerous emails to customer service inquiring about status. Called them and no answer. Order number is #*******. Emailed and called them under 24 hours to cancel my order and no matter how many times I called I got no answer. Now if I am unable to get a refund then I will be calling my bank and BBB to issue a complaint against them.

Just like so many others on here have said, House of Beauty is a giant scam, trying to take people's hard earned money and give no product in return! Placed order on 5/27 and sent an e-mail to cancel the same day. Heard absolutely nothing back since then, other than automated e-mails using COVID as an excuse for delayed shipping. I've ordered from so many different websites and received my items within a week! Customer service number does not work, rings once or twice and goes straight to voicemail saying they're closed. I've sent three e-mails now, still have heard nothing back. Going to report this company to my bank for FRAUD so I can get my money back. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! No idea how they're still in business. Hopefully with enough reports of fraud, they will be shut down like they so desperately need to be. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TAKEN!
