I have attempted multiple time thru emails and phone calls to reach Customer Service regarding my defective product. It has been over 3 weeks since I began my attempts to get assistance. I bought a rechargeable mani pedi tool that will not recharge! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRODUCTS THRU THIS COMPANY. They obviously will NOT stand by their products. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them!

The worst.
June 3, 2020

Placed an order and should've known it would turn in to a disaster. I've waited patiently for it to arrive as life got crazy. Have now waited 5 weeks and received nothing. They can somehow respond to posts on here, but not just respond to customer service requests and give refunds for their terrible fraud of a site. Shocked it still exists. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered perfume from them on May 8 totaling $98.10. I got an email on May 12th saying it may take longer to ship due to Covid19. The charge hit my account on May 11th. Around May 20th, I started looking for my tracking number but I was never given one. I checked my order on June 1st and it said that it has been cancelled. I've call all the numbers listed for this business during business hours and I only get a recording. My order was cancelled yet they still charged me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I waited 14 days for shipping details & it's been over 20 now. Tried to contact them three times & I haven't heard a word back, not even an email saying there is a delay. I hope I get refund because I don't want anything from them. Worst online shop I have ever had to deal with. Anyone who has good to say about them must be one in a 1000. I'm contacting my bank in the next couple of days.

Your company stole $240.64 from me and YOUR STOREFRONT in Philadelphia has closed down! You charged my credit card over 2 months ago and you have no one doing customer service and I have emailed you 5 times with no response.

This is internet fraud. It is criminal to take money for orders when your business that has shut down. It is fraud.
Your storefront on Chestnut St. Has a 'Going out of business sale' and is closed. Based on a search on Loopnet.com, your warehouse in Philadelphia that is listed on your website is up for sale.

I ordered shampoo on May 12. They charged the credit card but no product. No one answers the phone... just a recording. No response to emails. Sporadically I get an email from them that they have minimal staff due to Covid. They still could answer emails. Customer service is non-existent. Still no product. No response from them. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM YOU ARE JUST GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY!

This is the worse online store ever. They charged me for something I never received. I emailed these people 4 or 5 times no response. I want my account credited back. I will never order from them again. I have been waiting for a month. I have ordered from other companies and they shipped my stuff right out why this company can't do the same thing. We all are going through a short staff period it doesn't stop companies from fulfilling customers orders. I'm fine with this company.

I placed an order to House of Beauty World on April 24,2020 for 6 American Crew Spray gels. My credit card was charged the next day. I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have emailed numerous times, received same generic email back, saying due to pandemic shipping times are extended. Tried calling numerous times, always goes to a message giving time business is open, never can talk to a live person. If you are going to charge my credit card, then send my order or write an email that gives detailed information concerning my order, or have the integrity to refund my money if you cannot place the order in a timely manner.

I recently placed an Order with Your CO.(HOB) on May 7-2020! A week after on May 12-20@ 2:51 am You sent out an Update saying that My order would be delayed 8-14 B days bc of COVID-19! Ok I patiently waited. Your 14 business days are Up! I called several times during business hours only to get a Recording saying call back during business hours! No Response! Took long to receive this 2 hair treatments they said it was because of the Pandemia. Send 3 emails and in the last one the said the account will be revise. I received both products expired. I can handle the expiration dates. My mistake was that I didn't read the horrible reviews of other customersI didn't check the intervention of BBB with them and I didn't check in Amazon. Amazon have them. Next time Amazon will be my choice.

Scammers!

This company will be shut down within the next month. They are doing illegal business. They take your money then never send product. When you call no answer.No return voice mail. BUYER BEWARE!

They always have a BS story about shipping due to Covid-19 however, I have recieved all of my packages during this pandemic some things even coming from California and no problems. Check their google reviews... HORRIBLE! Buyer Beware!
6/8- still NO package and tracking number they sent is bogus.My package has been sitting at there facility since they sent this tracking. When you track the package it says delivery on 5/24 now if they sent it on 5/26 How the hell was it delivered on 5/24

They send emails saying because of Covid it may take 8-14 days for order to be processed and shipped. I've now been waiting 23 days, and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've reached out three times and NO RESPONSE. This is a scam. Do not waste your money or time with these thieves. My experience is not an isolated incidence. Read all the negative reviews.
HOB- all I can say is karma comes around. You might get rich off trusting customers, but your kids might get cancer. When you ask why me', think about the way you conduct your business. You'll pay somehow.
Shame on you.
