I understand with covid things will tame longer. I ordered it about a month ago, no tracking email or rmail saying its been shopped and i have messaged them 3 times over the past week and sone change with no reply. I need my package for june (my birthday) and now this could effect things very negatively

I ordered from them I've been receiving the same email about a delay in processing my Item due to Covid19. I emailed them twice no response.
Should I be worried?
I have asked them for a refund it's a been, they said my refund has been completed to expect it in 2-5 business days, it's been 7 days now I still haven't received anything and I've sent countless email with no response.
I ordered my Items two weeks ago, I've asked them to refund me my money if the items cannot be shipped.
I hope I did not get scammed, I'll give an update if I hear from them.
Placed order 4/23/20, said ship in 2-3 days. On 5/7/20 received tracking no., but USPS still has not received as of 5/18/20. Won't answer phone or reply to email. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!
I placed an order on 4/18/20 & today is 5/18/20 have yet to receive it. They charged my account the day the order was placed but no order received. They only send an autogenerated email saying order is delayed. You can't get a live person on the line & zero response by email. Avoid This Company at ALL Cost
I placed an order on April 29,2020, and received an email notification that my order had been received and processed. As of today, May 16,2020, my order has not arrived and each time I check it is still in process. Several attempts have been made to contact the company via email and by phone with no results.
I ORDERED SOME PRODUCTS ON 4/24/2020. STARTED RECEIVING E-MAILS THAT IT IS DELAYED, BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD. I TRIED CALLING THEM -- NEVER COULD REACH THEM. HAVE E-MAILED THEM - NO RESPONSE... I FINALLY CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.
I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS. HOW COULD A COMPANY NOT ANSWER THE PHONE?
I placed an order on April 14 and was initially told that it would take 2 weeks. I didn't receive the items I ordered within that time. I subsequently received another date of May 9th with a shipping number. That date went with no update. I still haven't received anything. Not impressed at all.

They charge your card and then keep extending your ship dates. If took them 5 days to even rey to my 1st message and ignore my request to cancel! No more $pending my $ with Chinese business!
I will never order from House of Beauty after they waited over 2 weeks to cancel my order, which they kept telling me was on way, in my view this is an indefensible business practise.

I placed on 4/22/20, received a confirmation email, ok cool. Another email comes stating due to Covid my order will take 8-14 days. I'm so lucky I checked out using Amazon Pay because as soon as I requested a refund I got my money back. Even though I still received an automated email from "David" stating no one is in the office to issue Refunds. BS!

I placed on order on March 30,2020 and still have not received it nor received any specific information about my order. I repeatedly get a generic email that says due to Covid19, orders will take 8 to 14 business days to process and ship but my order was placed 24 business days ago. I've called the customer service number and no one answers. I have sent several inquiries via their website and have received no response. I realize that this is a trying time but this is extremely poor customer service. I can be patient with good communication but have lost my patience due to not receiving any valid information from this company.
This is by far the worst Merchant I have ever done "business" with! I'll never purchase another item from them and I have notified everyone to stay away from purchasing from them. They are rude and unprofessional... Just take a look at their BBB responses to customers. When there's an issue with your order, you can't get in touch with anyone via phone or email. Terrible service, I can't believe they're still in business! Never again!
I placed an order on April 8 for a 2 pair of hair clippers, guards and, clipper disinfectant. Once ordered. I received an email stating 2-4 days for processing. After 3-4 days I received another email stating that processing time may be extended to 8-14 days. At the 8 day mark i emailed them checking on my order and got a cookie cutter response About a day or so later i received another stating that their customer service area was closed. After 15 days I received my tracking number. It took 6 days to ship even though I paid for 3-5 day shipping. 21 days after I placed my order I received my order and saw that I was given the wrong pair of clippers, the wrong guards, and was missing a can of disinfectant. I have constantly emailed and called to no avail. I have no problem waiting for my order especially during Covid-19, just assure that the order is filled correctly. Overall horrible customer service. Company feels like a scam.
I placed an order April 10th and paid 2 day shipping. I did not received a tracking number as they said I would with in 24 hours. I finally received an email stating my order was being processed on April 14th. That email also stated I'd be getting a tracking number as soon as it shipped. It is now April 28th and it still has not arrived. I've called numerous times, only to get a answering machine stating they are closed. (I called during regular business house).

I'm completely disgusted with this customer service! I will NEVER order from them again! I suggest NO ONE ORDER from this company. They should not be allowed to operate at all. They are a scam and rip off!

I have emailed the company repeatedly asking for a refund but they keep sending me an automated email saying that the order shipping takes between 8-14 days. I have made it very clear that I want my order cancelled and my money refunded but it seems like they are not acknowledging my request. I am going to have to report this company for stealing my money
There is no indication during the purchasing process that you will not get your product. You probably trust that the system is "normal": hunt and find what you want, put in cart, decide shipping charge - no free shipping, enter payment info, note delivery date (which is workable for your needs) then process the payment. Two days later you will get an email telling you your order is being processed and to allow "2 to 4 business days in processing after which you'll get a tracking number". Then you'll get, every 2 days, that your order will take 8 to 14 days. For the record, it has been 10 business days since order placed. You cannot call or email a person to explanation or help. You will get a canned response. I have attached exactly what has happened to me so far. I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WAITING but they should have told me that at the start and I would have purchased from someplace else. That is what I think is not cool. Today most of the world is allowed to go back to work, including stylists. This should not be happening. They should be telling you AT CHECKOUT the truth on delivery.

I've ordered not one but two packages and already received them from another beauty store. HOWEVER HOUSE OF BEAUTY WORLD. Doesn't answer the phone at all even during business hours. I've tried two different numbers for for them. *******135 and *******957. Same recording on both. No machine. And I have emailed numerous times for them to just cancel my order. Even on the site when you go to contact us link processing time being said is 2-5 days I've heard nothing from them at all I want a refund they can keep their products since it hasn't even been processed yet I can't get them to help me. I DO NOT RECOMEMT THIS SHOP UNPROFESSIONAL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Answer: Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund
