Xoxo...xoxo...xoxo...when we checked into the Marriott, the desk attendant said that we got a phenomenal price, and she couldn't match it...we saved $100 on a 2 night stay. We paid $90 a night, the normal rate was $140.
I haven't completed my stay so I don't want to do a review yet until I check into the hotel. I'd recommend sending out surveys at least AFTER check in to the hotel just in case there were any booking issues.

Worst site ever to book hteol rooms. They'll charge you twice and will not refund your money back. They use third party for your bookings such as getaroom.com. You're not allowed to contact getaroom.com and when you contact hotelwiz, they either keep sending you to the hotel for refund and keep pushing you for days before you can get a refund. And you will finally get nothing. BEWARE!
I called customer service to try and fix the issuse with my booking because the hotel couldn't find my booking and I called customer service 8 times and each time they would answer and not say anything and hung up
I booked a trip on Hotelwiz and when going to check-in with my children the hotel clerk told me they recently changed there hotel into an adults only! I was so frustrated! I immediately called Hotelwiz stayed on hold for 2hours all for them to answer and hang up on me. I called again and was on hold for 1hr & half all to have them disconnect me again. I am still waiting on my refund.
I was told to leave the hotel I was staying at they said they'd issue a refund but hotelwiz wouldn't honor it at all. Told me to do this and do that. Call this call that then he said he's call me back but never did. Said he called the hotel and they refused but the hotel said no one called
Located a same day overnight booking for me when other providers could not find one or were only booking two - three days out. They also had the lowest price.
Fast easy smooth process with amazing prices lowest from all competitors. Will book hotels through this website over and over again on my next get away!
Thought this site was bogus since I'd never heard of them. Man was I surprised to find they had better rates than Priceline, kayak, Expedia and all the others! Highly recommended!
Having a difficult time checking in. Already been charged when reservation was made. Now saying card is declined and the money is gone from my account. Will not use this service again.
It's cheaper than other websites and easy to use: although this requirement / mandatory survey is not only about as it require 50 words or more before you can submit is not necessary
Fast, easy, cheap and reliable. Booked twice through them in vegas with no problems. Was able to get a room at one of the "sold out" hotels through them. Would highly recommend.
Arrived at hotel. NO VACANCY. RESERVATION NOT RECEIVED by hotel through Hotelwiz. Reported fraudulent activity to credit card company. Had to close account and wait for new card to be mailed 7-10 days. Traveling with no backup, now. Never use this booking site!
It was very easy and accessible to use. I enjoy the platform finding cheap spots for a nice long getaway with all of my friends. I'm looking forward very much to using this more in the future
Cheaper price, fast service so far. Hope I do not face hidden taxes when at check-in. I would only be able to fully qualify after effectively been at the Hotel.
Booked rms through these people, not only did they bill CC. They booked wrong hotel, after admitting error, they offered to book correct hotel at a much higher price. They said my CC would be credited, "We'll see". I Immediately contacted CC company, If thats not enough while cancelling my CC there were numerous charges attempted on my card. Luckily my CC company has an awesome fraudulent department and assured me all will be taken care of. "STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES"
We booked a 2 star motel at last minute just needed a place for one night, the room was great! Clean, easy to get to, lots of parking and front desk staff prepared to assist. I'll use the site again.
No issues with our stay. Completing the order in mobile was a little clunky due to the birthday multiple choice fields. Other than that everything was good
We woke up scatching and feeling them bite us all over pist me off cause my kids got bit everywhere and had to pack up and move in thge middke of night and there was never even said not even apology from management now i had to throw out our stuff cause i was worried to bring it to my home and being infested and havent even heard from management or anything jus made mother's day $#*!in hell for me cause now i have to deal with them being all bit up so much for having a relaxed mothers day
