The Red Roof inn was a great place to stay for the time we needed to: but the shower kept backing up, coffee was gone in the lobby by 9am. Little things, but I'll definitely choose a different place next time I stay in Clarksville
I booked a hotel with the dates I wanted, but unfortunately didn't notice they were changed (not by me!) before hitting PAY. A second later I realized the mistake but too late, this company has no flexibility in the correction process. They changed my dates, I didn't. I paid for a room I won't even check into. BEST TO CALL A HOTEL DIRECTLY
Everything worked fine. Reservation was in place upon arrival. Much lower cost than hotel website. I have stayed at this hotel before booking through their website
Good price for me. But I couldn't find reputation of the hotel from Hotelwiz before reservation. After reservation, I knew a lot of bad reputations from other site. If I had got bad reputations, I wouldn't have reserved this hotel.
Literally found this hotel deal way cheaper than another site for the same room. I had the room fully booked with a confirmation email within 3 minutes of finding the listing
This website was easy to book with and quickly sent my confirmation. I have booked with them before with no issues so I trusted the site based on previous good experiences.
Very clean and roomy. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very light. Mostly cold items. Good coffee! Water always available in lobby which was nice.
We reserved and paid for a hotel room at the Days Inn in Osceola AR for May 13th. Upon arriving, they would not honor our stay due to the fact that they did not have any rooms available except a King presidential suite. The gentleman (hotelwiz) on the phone assured us that they would have to honor our booking. We ended up paying again for the suite and upon verification that the room was paid for again, your employees said we would get a refund. After calling at least 3 times, now we are told that the refund would happen in 10 to 15 business days. Not happy that you knew the room was not honored and you would not refund the money. Hoping to get a good outcome after spending many hours on this already!
I tapped submit, then realized it booked the day after I needed my room. My fault totally, but since the room was nonrefundable, I wasn't given much help but loose my payment. I called the hotel direct and they switched the checkin to one day earlier with no problem. Hotelwiz agent was very nice and polite, but was not able to solve the problem.
Got way better prices than everything else. The only problem I had was extending my stay and it kept declining my card. I received a phone call shortly after and was able to book for the same rate
I booked a room for November, I have never received the confirmation, I have requested information and the excuse is that my card is being validated, nevertheless I have already been charged the full amount! I would like to have a confirmation or a full refund ASAP.
The hotel I got was extremely nice the front desk was very knowledgeable this is the hundredth time that I've stayed at this hotel and I love it every time I not had a disappointing experience with this hotel ever
Had to book a last minute stay and got the best deal at Virgin Hotels through Hotelwiz. I just did not know about the resort fee which was $50, it would be good to know this beforehand.

I booked a hotel with Hotelwiz this month for an out of town stay. Unfortunately, our whole family came down with Covid just prior to the trip. One family member required hospitalization. I called Hotelwiz to cancel and avoid taking a plane and contaminating a hotel room with Covid. During my phone call, I was assured that I would see a refund within 3 to 5 days, but would have to pay a penalty fee due to hotel requirements. Hotelwiz customer service decision. I called the hotel and was told a credit was actually issued without penalty due to Covid, as they preferred I not travel while infected. However, Hotelwiz claims they are still waiting to hear "from the hotel" on the matter, and the decision could take 15 days. Very conflicting information, and meanwhile my family is out a chunk of cash during Christmas because I chose to do the right thing. I have sent numerous emails and made follow up calls to no avail. So who really holds my money hostage? Hotelwiz. Very disappointed. This review would not allow me to give 0 stars. Figures.
