Better have financial backing. The deposit was $150, no actual breakfast, loud AC, hard to get to, expired creamer. Other than that the room itself wasn't bad
I had to change my dates and the lady could not move them so she cancelled my reservation and now for hours have been trying to rebook the room and the site is froze thinking trying to process the room but won't book it and when she tried to rebook it it wouldn't work either and I have court so I need a room and now I'm stressed

Booked based on Wyndham name and price offered. Very disappointed with curb appeal, condition of property, extended stay residents and quality of bed.
Got a great discount and everything went smooth. Received confirmation email right after booking and hotel saw my reservation shortly after making it.
I was charged the room rate Plus the taxes and then I show up to the hotel room I'm charged again for the room rates and the taxes and also a security deposit that was more than the room itself. Then upon leaving they told me that my security deposit would be refunded back to my card within five business days it is now been seven business days I was never refunded my money and when I called the Super 8 on Fremont Street in Las Vegas Nevada. They let me know that I was never charged a security deposit ( I was ripped off $125)
This was my first time using Hotel Wiz and I don't think I'll be back. I was overcharged and the room was disgusting and the air conditioning smell like cat piss
It's great so far. I have been staying at the same hotel since last June off and on first time using Hotelwiz seems to be a great booking agency so far easy setting up rooms pricing great.

1. Upon arriving and checking in, the room with one bed that I selected was not available. I received another room with two queen beds and the price was adjusted. That worked out in my favor.
2. The elevator doesn't work. I knew that as soon as I walked in because there were signs at the front desk letting me know.
3. They are doing work on the ceiling in the lobby and the bathrooms on the first floor (women's) is out of order. You can smell sewage from outside the hotel.
4. There is a complimentary breakfast in the lobby.
5. The rooms are nice. The paint in the tub is peeling near the drain. Other than that, the water gets hot like I like it and the pressure is amazing. The bathroom was very clean.
6. My room's coffee pot was missing the decanter, so I just get coffee from the lobby.
7. It's quiet. No commotion or drama.
8. I feel they should Swiffer the floors in the room because the grey hair I keep seeing on my socks is a nuisance. I don't walk barefoot in any hotel anyway, but mopping would help.
9. It's close to Six Flags and 2 major expressways.
10. The stairs, since I can't use the elevator, THANKFULLYare clean. No foul smells.
The beds are so comfortable that I instantly went to sleep when I sit or lay down. I enjoyed my stay. The benefits outweigh the issues.
The staff was not very friendly. My fridge didn't work. I called downstairs to ask if they had food service at the hotel they said no, I later found out that there was a restaurant downstairs
I made a booking for the overnight transit hotel at Haneda but upon checking with Haneda, the booking was not for the airside part of hotel for transit layover passengers; so not what I wanted.
The good part was I got immediate cancel acknowledgment from Hotelwiz and a prompt refund.
I booked a hotel for 4 nights in Lisbon, Portugal through HOTELWIZ in November 2022. I got to my hotel and they did NOT have any bookings/reservations under my name or confirmation number. I talked to the manager and nothing was reserved. I emailed HOTELWIZ and they sent a response saying, sorry, there was a technical glitch and they weren't able to book the room and they would refund my card. I waited for 2 weeks then tried to dispute it with my credit card, citibank, who reached out to HOTELWIZ. The company sent a letter to citibank stating I called and cancelled the reservation and the charge was legal and should not be disputed. I'm out $400 and still trying to make this right. I even had to pay more at the hotel once I got there, which is on my card and yet I still cannot seem to get my money back. RUN FROM HOTELWIZ. Total scammers.
Was needing to book something last minute and not only did this site offer a rate $40 lower than the "big" players in the booking space, but it was a piece of cake to book...
Hotel charged me $50,00 on my credit card to cover incidentals, but did not want to give me a receipt of my stay. The advertised "breakfast is included" is just a click bait. Poor quality.

My husband booked a room and it was for the wrong location I called hotelwiz the next morning and they seemed awesome he was like I will help you do this this and this and we will get you all set up. Got the refund and helped book another super 8 in denver well the one id originally looked into he couldn't get and then he said there was another one. I said go ahead we where running out of time before I lost service. Im telling you I got charged 150 for a crack den motel in Central Denver to stay with OUR 2 YOUNG CHILDREN 150 AT THAT... the pool is closed which was the only reason to stop instead of camp bc the kids have been in the car for 3 days omg im so fed up walked in the room it is falling apart holes in sheets roaches cigarette smells we will end up sleeping in the car the hotel can't do anything bc its hotel wiz never use them I will not stop the reviews until im reimbursed
