Good booking system but annoying to have to be asked to comply this for my booking on the basis that I am paying €1700 for two nights in a hotel in Dublin!?!

I have never used hotel whiz before and I was skeptical at first. They gave me tons of options of different rooms and the pricing was right. Thank you for all of your help.

Even telling front desk this price was available online, they couldn't offer it, so booked in their lobby through Hotelwiz, and hotel had information in about 5 minutes.

They sent us an email that our order was canceled after they confirmed it

This is in regards to the reservation booked for Hotel B Unique. We regret to inform you that we are unable to confirm the reservation at Hotel B Unique. We have been given an alternate option for Hotel B Cozumel which is next to Hotel B Unique.

Please confirm if you would like to go with the alternate option as soon as possible before this option gets sold out.

It was nice & enjoying my time. I would referred many other people to hotel wiz. Hoping I can continue doing business with you guys. The hotel I was staying at was nice as well.

I was initially very skeptical because I was getting a $190 room for $77. I almost didn't book it, but I'm glad I did. I had no issues with my reservation and got a great room for an amazing price.

I drove 10 hours to a place I expected to rest halfway on a 24 hour drive to have the no records of my name in the hotels system. I had to pay again after my wife already paid online.

When I got there I couldn't get my room had to drive to the front desk three times to get the key rekeyed then it was hot outside trying to wait to get into the room the curtain in the room at the window was hanging off, there was no extra tissue in the room had to walk in the dark around to the front desk to get tissue at 9:30 at night, the the tub bottom was dirty, stained, the wooden floors sweat so if you not careful you will fall, the headboard fell was lying in the bed could of fell on my head, the a/c didn't work well, no phone in the room at all omg I never been to a hotel where it wasn't a phone to call the front desk had to used my phone will never ever go back

This place was more than amazing, very great customer service, very great price for the night, and very neat! The company definitely earned all 5 stars from me!

I was able to book and make requests easily, didn't get the option to pay a deposit and the rest at the hotel though which I find helpful in other circumstances.

Charged my CC instantly and 25 mins later when I went to check into hotel card was declined I had to wait 1:45mins to get my room and was on hold for almost 2 hrs with help line than was told I called the wrong number that was on your website

All was going good until I arrived back to my room the second night and had no room service. No towels, soap and trash from previous dinner still in the room.

I just ask goggle for hotels and they give me a bunch I called the hotel directly and the rate was higher booking direct so I got on line and compared.

Had a last minute emergency while on vacation. Was able to quickly book one of the cheaper hotels to stay in towards the end of my vacation before flying home through hotelwiz.

I was told that my reservation wasn't able to be modified or cancelled even though I confirmed with the hotel that they had plenty of availability, the stay was the same amount of nights, it was just going to be arriving and leaving a day early. DONT USE HOTELWIZ if there is even a slight chance your plans might change.
