Location had nice employees, willing to help you however they could. Allowed me to drop my trailer so I could run to phone store to get my phone straightened out. Clean and comfortable.

Everything was straight forward but my confirmation email went to spam. I worried but they sent me a text that resent the email, that's how I figured it was going to spam.
To answer your survey question: Yes, I received a confirmation FROM HOTELWIZ, but I DID NOT FROM THE HOTEL. So not sure why you want me to indicate I received a confirmation, and thus won't technically know if I'm good to go with my hotel stay through this reservation process until I attempt to check in at the hotel. Thank you.
Was looking for a decent hotel for the night before we board for our cruise, and Hotel Wiz had really good prices and made the booking experience very easy.
I got to the resort and they charged a resort fee. That is ridiculous ti was not clear or apparent that would be charged and to wait until you get to the hotel to find out about the charge is a joke.
Perfect it was what we thought it would be - the hotel was actually better than we anticipated since we were locals and had some local hvac issues and were so kind.
The hotel seemed fairly quiet considering it was full. The rooms were nice and clean. Good prices for the rooms being as nice as they were. Overall not a bad stay
Looking forward to our stay. Chose to pay a little more in case family wanted to stay at the same hotel. The choice was a good price for the best location.
On the confirmation email it stated check in was 12:00am and checked out was 12:00pm clearly that wasn't true as when I arrived at the hotel check in wasn't until 3:00pm so therefore I had to purchase another room because the hotel manger was a pretty little liar. Prior to purchasing another room I called the number on hotelwiz and the representative told me that the email didn't say check in was 12:00am and asked me to screenshot him the confirmation email and I was also told that I couldn't cancel the reservation because it was the morning of the day of the reservation I will never use Hotelwiz again! Rude and disrespectful customer representatives with no compassion!
I had a great experience booking with this website. It was cheaper than the hotels website and they refused to lower so it made my choose easier to go with hotelwiz
It was fast and simple. The approval from my credit card was little late. I was not sure the booking was confirmed until the next day.

I booked a room with a city view and king bed. Hotel had no details about my stay other than my name and that I had booked a room. Slow or poor communication in my opinion
The hotel was exactly as we expected and was the same as a night before in the Hampton Inn in Iowa City.
There is nothing negative to say except the bad access road to the hotel.
