The dates on the confirmaton are wrong. I made them with a human over the phone, so I think the hotel has the right dares, but I will call and confirm. Once again, the Intardnet proves to be garbage designed by hoopleheads.
DO NOT USE HOTELSONE. Do yourself a favor and contact the hotel directly. This company is horrible and is one of EXPEDIA partners. They provide absolutely no value to the hotel booking experience. Hampton Inn told us they never ask customers to pay up front. As other reviews I have seen I believed I was booking directly with the hotel we were staying at and did not know this until we had to make changes and called the hotel. Do not waste your time or your money with this site. Rates available directly with hotel were cheaper than those charged by this site. This company will also charge you up front, whereas the hotel would only have charged a deposit. File a complaint with both the BBB and the FTC against this scam company.
Very negative. I thought I was dealing directly with the hotel and afterwords when I realized I wasn't I was unable to cancel my prepaid reservation. I paid about $100 more than I needed to. When I tried to call hotel one I was never able to speak with anyone.
It was easy to set up a reservation but I was disappointed that it was NON-REFUNDABLE. Every other sight I have booked through allows for cancellation at no cost which is important if circumstances change. We have no plans to change our reservation but if needed it would be nice to know I would not be out $200. With hotels needing the business and with accommodation rates having increased 25% in the last two years no cost cancellation should be offered.
This site duplicates the hotel website so that the customer thinks he or she is dealing directly with the hotel.
I have stayed at the Harbor House in Galveston many times and I thought I was on their website. Once the
Reservation was made, I learned that I had made a reservation with HotelsOne. I tried to get a refund and I was told there are NO REFUNDS! I will contact the State Attorney General and have these people investigated for deceptive trade practices. Run the other way when you see HotelsOne!
First off, I thought I was on the hotel website booking my stay but apparently Hotelsone came in through the backdoor and took the booking. Anyway, they got my dates and amount of rooms completely wrong. When I tried to call their customer service line they ask for my phone #, itinerary #, or last 4 of the card used on the purchase for reference. They never sent me a confirmation email do I had no itinerary number. They said they did not recognize my phone # or card # in any recent booking yet they CLEARLY have my card # because they CLEARLY, immediately charged my card! I could NOT get my money back and had to call the hotel to book with them paying DOUBLE for my stay!
Hi Your booking Agent could not help me so she gave me the hotel tel number. I have been unsuccessful in reaching the hotel number as it would either ring or just give an engaged signal.
The reason why I am trying to contact is to confirm that I can arrive in the early hours of the morning as I am on a flight from Australia Melbourne to Auckland which only arrives at 12h30 ie 00h30 on the 29th August. I have booked in for the 28th out check out on the 29th August - is this correct. I don't want to arrive in the early hours of the morning of the 29th August and have a problem. Other than that the booking experience was really easy and your Agent very helpful.

Tried to book a room, web page went down at the end came back on with credit card details omitted, tried again and ended up paying twice, have since cancelled one booking and waiting for refund
Why isn't confirmation instant? It's scary to give card info, press confirm, then nothing! Then wait 6 hrs for an email. Did it go thru? Have I got the room or not?
I didn't receive a booking confirmation and I ended up calling the hotel (international long distance rates applied) three times to get this resolved.

Website states it dies not charge your credit card however my card was charged CANCELLED my reservation 2 hours before MST still can't get a REFUND cause we never made it to this location. Called customer service was informed to contact the hotel/motel directly, go the front desk was told by the female she doesn't know who the manager is or what time they show up and straight hung up on me! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Very easy to book, I did not have a choice because that is the manner in which this Hotel books their guests. Just the right amount of information not too much.
Supposedly room confirmed with great wolf lodge only to see it wasnt after 1.5 hour drive for my daughters birthday party. Beyond angry! Had to pay out more money for a room we did not want.
Not bad, but I would have liked a bit more information about the room I was getting and I would have wanted the confirmation to have confirmed that the charge included breakfast - which the booking page had said was included in the price.
Also, I wanted to pay by American Express, but the booking page insisted on a three number security code, Amex has 4, so I had to use another card.
Perfect so far! Love this hotel.
