I was quoted a price for two connecting rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were booked only one room for an exorbitant rate! One star rating is generous! Do not use hotelplanner.com
I was trying to book a last minute hotel room, but the reservation person made me feel uncomfortable and pushing me into buying the room right then. He acted very odd, I finally had to say I was going to book at a different hotel company and hung up.
I just had a phone call to confirm my reservations, and fix a problem that I thought I had! I am not computer savvy, and Joyce helped me immensely! She also found out that my hotel reservation had been canceled. She was so calm and friendly it helped me through this very stressful moment of thinking I did not have a reservation for my sister, my mother and myself for my mother's family burial. She really really listened and helped me out! She couldn't figure out either why My reservation was canceled so it turned out to be a blessing that I called in because I cannot find any of my paperwork online for my reservation! Decided at the last minute to do a road trip to Erie PA. We had no idea where we were staying and all hotels were sold out. Hugo was very helpful finding us our home away from home!

I wanted to make sure this was not a3rd party booking service and he disregarded my question and ask me did I want to book a reservation. I said yes, but could he answer my question and hung the phone up. If I could give him negative numbers I would
I needed to make last minute reservations and Brandon came to the rescue.
I just spoke with a representative trying to find out the direct number to the hotel and he was very rude he would not give me the number he told me to look it up my cell phone line I would not give you even one star!
Miguel was easily understood and booked my reservation without troubles.
Ebony was excellent. She went above and beyond what was expected.
After so many time contact with Mariotte sometime disconnect for no reason today lucky day. I spoke to Alex. He very helpful from the beginning to the end so the problem solved in one time and one time only very happy now he deserve a five star service. He cancel for Mr. Quach two nights confirmation and this is the new reservations ππππ

The girl I spoke with was very helpful very kind and very sweet.

It would be helpful if it's disclosed that when booking through third parties that there's a charge.
Another than up charge the representative was very professional.
I did get a refund. I was told I'd get the online rate but was charged $98. Instead of $68. Thanks
Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
