Jay was extremely helpful. I had to book a last-minute hotel room for my parents due to an upcoming surgery at the nearby hospital and inclement weather. He made a stressful experience very pleasant.
We were left without power following the January ice storm and afraid we'd not find a hotel that would allow our 5 cats. After staying the first night in a frigid house and facing even colder temps the next night, we tried to see if anyone could accommodate us. Guiller was able to find us a hotel very near us that still had availability and allowed multiple pets. We are so grateful for his help!

Frustrating I need the number of the actual hotel so I can ask if they have a shuttle to and from the airport terminal. I like talking to a person.

"We offer a shuttle service to Airport from 4 am to 12 am daily, with 1/2 hour intervals."

Hard to understand sometimes.
She said last room left w/2 queen beds, handicapped show & refrigerator.
Inquired about AARP discount and my Hilton points. She said already discounted.
I made this 4 months in advance of our family get together. Only one room left!

I had a Caesars reward promo that I called to book 2 queen rooms with. Agent advised it was not doable at that time and I will need to show the rewards card at the time of check in. I declined the refund protection that was offered but still got charged for it. The name was misspelled entirely even when it was spelled out multiple times, letter by letter. I spent almost an hour trying to get it all corrected only to be told by another agent that Caesars reward cannot be used at time of check and that that my CC has already been charged for the full amount. I ended up cancelling the reservation and requested a full refund. So far only the refund protection has been reversed. Still waiting for the $400 plus charges which I was told have to go through an approval process.

The agent did not tell me the full charge with taxes until after I had given him my credit card info. At that point I changed my mind and told him I no longer wanted to book. He booked anyway! And then got my email address wrong so I didn't even get a reservation number—just a text saying it had been booked.

Jose took the time during the horrible snow storm to book my husband a hotel and let me know shuttle information as he is flying in tonight to Pittsburgh Airport and there's no way I can get to him. Didn't follow directions. 25 rooms to be held should have been done as a group booking. No charges should have been made to my credit card. Another employee had to fix the mistake

Called to make a reservation Rojessa is who I spoke with!
I had several pointed questions that I had asked.
Rojessa was able to answer the quickly and explained in detail what each item was.
I paid for the reservation. I immediately got a text from her with a confirmation and an email.
This is our first time, cruising from Mobile, Alabama, and she made it really easy to make hotel reservations to make our trip a little more enjoyable.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
