I was here for business, but because of location, it turned into recreation. The hotel, itself have many things to do, that helps encourage social life. The suites were great, plenty of room, and very clean. I can't say enough good things. Only 7-minutes away from casino, movie theater, museums and zoo! Several upper end restaurants, and quick food stops as well. I got way more I expected, and the cost was affordable. Thank you.
I wanted to book a room for 2 nights to be able to watch our grandson play in a baseball tournament and celebrate our wedding anniversary. The only thing I forgot to ask if there was any discount for AARP or a senior discount I think it could have been offered

Just got off the phone with Gwyneth Tyler. She got my reservation for our annual trip to NYC accomplished easily, apparently giving us a great rate with a comfortable cancellation time frame.

I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to deal with the AI phone program and finally hung up and called the hotel number and my reservation was completed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you to the young man who assisted me, he did an excellent job!

Joseph was not attentive in the beginning( until I said something)as I heard a lot of background noise that sounded like he was working from home. Also, I ran into some disgusting issue at the hotel I booked. Which lead to other financial lies that I didn't sign up for. I was charged insurance for a next day booking that I wouldn't have been able to use. I was also charged approximately $60 more than the actual cost of the room(which was $68). The total was $131.52 with insurance and shouldn't have been. Watch this shady reservationist. Charging for things that wasn't asked for and can't be used. Where did the extra money go if the room rate was $68?

I needed to find a hotel room, on a Friday, in the middle of the night. My husband and I were trying to see our grandkids, daughter, and son-in-law. He is a Marine in DC. We needed to be close to base. We needed a room large enough for a family visit, and, something close to the elevator. We are both disabled. Arya searched and found us EXACTLY what we needed, 2hrs before we arrived in DC, from NYC. She made our night, weekend, and trip worthwhile. The junior suite, right across from the elevator, was 5 minutes from the base! She was patient, caring, and very thoughtful!

It went from 7 rooms available at 150 to last room available at 220.
At no time was I told this was an Expedia site. Finally ended up with a room at a different hotel- I arrive and they tell me it's a handicap room-unable to switch it to another room. Don't know what the total price is and the clerk couldn't tell me. That's when I found out it Expedia. If this is what we have to look forward to using AI, I shudder to see what comes next.

She could not repeat any information back accurately and did not explain the beds in the room until after the reservation was taken. We request a king bed room only and she booked it that way until the when repeating the room information, she said a king bed or 2 doubles! I said that will not work and requested the hotel front desk, who did take care of it. Horrible customer reservation service. I had to repeat most everything 2 or 3 times to her.

I MUCH prefer to speak with a hotel directly but that option isn't readily available these days, so that's why 4 starts instead of 5. But Oscar was helpful, pleasant and professional without being pushy. It appeared that name and email were optional here but that doesn't seem to be the case. I would prefer anonymous.

Sounded like AI took 30 minutes to book reservations, had too repeat everything 15 times, don't know how we got through this. 🤷

Although the woman I spoke with was efficient and friendly, the phone system is the worst I've ever experienced. There was a several second delay along with if either party spoke, it clearly muted the other party. A simple 2 night reservation took 16 minutes as had to repeat EVERYTHING several times before the agent had the correct credit card information and address.
This led to an EXTREMELY IRRITATING experience before we've even stayed at Autocamp Yosemite..

This was a very clean nice hotel. The room was spacious. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend the hotel for flying and leaving your car there. Cracker Barrel is next door. MARIA ISABEL DID a great job.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
