Both the reservation manager and Kennelyn were patient and helpful. They never told me no it's not possible. They were extremely accommodating. Which tickled me pink! I booked through Booking.com and was worried I wouldn't get my money back. They worked with me and even made sure my new reservation on Nov 23 included handicap accommodations for my be Aunt.
I'm glad to know that a hotel that had been around since the 80s still had a strong reservation team. I'm looking forward to staying there to visit my aging parents. I am very grateful. Thank you

As the airport had bad weather today lots of people stranded. She not only accomplished finding my husband a room with an airport shuttle she did it with a soothing attitude as I was getting nervous I would not find him a room. We are grateful and will use Wyndham in the future because of this experience

Kellee did a terrific job, she was helpful and very quick I have a project where I need to have may guys stay out of town. She was able to get my rooms set up sent over a link that makes it easy for my guys to get checked in! I'm very pleased with her and the whole process!
