I love coming here they are so friendly and courteous in the rooms are always very clean plus the rates are reasonable and they don't give you no hassle because you have a large dog like a lot of places do. Rowena was wonderful, she answered all my questions and reassured me of a refund possibility when I asked about it. She helped make another reservation at a different American Inn for the correct room!

I stayed in March at this hotel and so enjoyed the location as well as the staff. The two of my friends also made reservations to go. I called to make reservations from January 20 through the 27th. And Julie was extremely well-versed in describing amenities that I didn't know and didn't have back And Mark. She has a very pleasant voice and was very courteous over the Phone. I hanged up feeling wonderful that the reservations were done and feeling that I made a friend.

This experience was nerve racking- the customer service agent wouldn't let me speak - talking over me while I was trying to give her information I thought I was dealing with a robot. My suggestion is calm down slow down and listen. Allow customers to answer your requests for information. Got my email wrong even after all of that 🤦‍

Calvin answered the phone, "Hampton inn", so I thought I was booking with the front desk. I asked for the government rate, he quoted me $179/night. When we got to the hotel, they said it was booked by a third party and the government rate was $109. I'm furious at the deception.

However … would suggest not to represent or endorse this hotel. Hotel is extremely in run down and not clean! Very disappointed but you already have charged my card. The hotel cannot refund since payment was made to a third party. I thought I was speaking and booking with Wyndham.

We nave travel to Key West as ex Military buddies for the past twenty years an have enjoyed our RON in Sebring at the INN On
The Lakes on most trips. What a wonderful Hotel with exemplary service and hospitality! We're on our way in February again and Kirk made it happen again! Kirk's outstanding customer service was! AI voice not accurate on tub info at first but she corrected it. That was an essential for this booking decision. I don't think she ever did get my email address right. Way too much time to do this.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
