We tried to reserve a hotel with your Aia couple of times and it was very frustrating.But this live agent knew her job and got us taken care of in no time
We asked you if this was the same quality of the Hampton Inn. You said yes, it was not even close. We had hot water for about be minute for both our showers. Cable tv disconnected, had to ask for assistance. I am requesting a partial credit of at least $50. Please advise.
The hotel did not have our reservation and they were full and could not give us a room. All the other nearby hotels were also full. So we had to start looking for a room at 8:00 for that same night. I WANT A FULL REFUND!

They had no reservation and told me I could not check in until 3. This was what you told me. The front seat clerk was very rude. I also got billed for it 3 times I'm not paying.
Please be advised that we did reach out to the property and request the courtesy cancellation and were advised that the penalty will not be waived for this reservation. Please keep in mind that our ability to refund the reservation is based on the hotel's discretion. If you do have the name of a person at the property who approved your refund I will be happy to reach back out.

I wanted to rent a room from 10:00 am to 7pm on Jan. 2 while we're waiting for our connecting flight. As a repeat customer I thought your hotel could accommodate my request and charge me for a one-night stay but i was told it wound be a two- day charge...

I was under the impression I was speaking to Holiday Inn about my reservation. I indicated to the person I was speaking with that I was hearing impaired and hardly understood a thing the person was saying several times. When I arrived at my hotel and wanted to change my reservation I was told they couldn't do it because my reservation was made through Priceline. At no time while I was talking with your representative did he indicate he was making my reservation through Priceline. You burned me once but never again. I hope you are happy knowing you fooled an old man.

I really appreciated talking with the Hampton Inn's reservation specialist Mary Lily Ann because she spoke very well and articulated carefully so I understood what she was telling me about my reservation.
She explained everything in detail and repeated things about my reservation. She also sent my confirmation number in a matter of seconds.

I was not notified of a non cancelation fee that was added to my charge. The fees were ridiculous. When I asked to cancel, I was given a customer service number to call and told that the reservation is not able to be cancelled. This makes

The Hotel seems like it is going down hill. We had a stay there the Jet tub didn't work, being I spent $191.00 And purchased the suite for a Anniversary stay cause that where we first had our stay, but it seemed like a inconvenience to your front staff that we were even there. Sad to see this Hotel go down so much in customer service. Hotel vending machines weren't working and minimal for pop in the machine, also pool was out of service when we got there for them putting chlorine in there why would they not do that over night since the pool closes at 10pm. Another miss management.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
