Blossom Pearl, my customer service representative, was able to take me from a place of heightened anxiety—especially after two previous representatives disconnected from our conversation—and genuinely help me. Even though the other agents told me the same thing about my request, it was Blossom's professional tone and calming presence that made all the difference.
You can't teach that kind of natural ability. No textbook or training material can create it.

I was trying to book a room for the night since I plan to stay overnight after a 6-hour Drive to bring my son back to college at SUNY Plattsburgh. The representative I spoke with was super nice, professional and very helpful. He knew immediately all the information that I had questions on in regards to the facility, hours and the rate of the room. My flight was late so I missed the connection. I had to stay the night in Chicago to catch the next available flight the next morning.
I called the reservation number and was quickly able to make the reservation and receive the information for the free shuttle. I was so relieved to not be spending the night at the hotel.

Needed a room, gave the party planners name, but I got a room with no discount rate. They told me rooms were 100 dollars. For RSVP family which I am. I don't know if I have a room. Or not

I would never even given 1 star but I had to In order to submit review!
First thing after spelling out our email 3 TIMES he still did not get it right and I received a text saying please correct your error! But then I arrived at the hotel which had NO information about us other than prepaid reservation: like I requested bottom floor because we had a dog. Nothing was said to me about the charge for dog($100.) or that parking for staying at the hotel was $10 a night. Plus I pre paid $148 for a room that was suppose to (as advertised) $106! So NO I AM NOT Happy with my experience AT ALL! If you want to hire people who work remotely then they should trained properly and not just left to their own devices and readily Steal money from someone by OVER CHARGING and then never do anything else about the reservation that needed to be done! Absolutely disgusting! I plan on getting to the bottom of all of this on my return home. It is plainly and simply NOT Acceptable!

When ask about using my rewards points from IHG you specify told me when I asked that they could charge my points instead of using my credit card. Also I was to get 1 room as double beds and the other as a single bed. That did not happen either……

I was told the room was per night $114.99 bui I wasn't told that he was going to add $50.86 per night that isn't right I should have been told ahead of time instead I wouldn't have booked this then I found out that I couldn't cancel because I had to do it before the 26 November this was the 28 not happy we are on social security we booked three Christmas showers down there I know taxes not extra each night the nights was 30 November

I asked for a room by the pool and hot tub I told them I would be entertaining my grandkids. I got there and found the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs l canceled told them it would not do. Even though I canceled the second night with in. The required time they charged me for both nights I called them they said they would have the manager call me back. It never happened I tried calling the same number again this time it just rang and rang no one ever picked up

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
