Armando was a considerate understanding elderly on a phone with lots of patients. He was so professional on handling questions with easy to understand answers. Online reservation didn't went through, call to the San Antonio hotel ph number and the person that get the call gave us the information and confirm breakfast was included. Now at the hotel they said they didn't process the reservation and it was a call center so we need to pay the breakfast because this hotel frint deskdidn't process the reservation and the was probably the call center did the reservation and lie to us so they won't let us ger breakfast if we don't pay additional, that is the worse response and service ever!

I called in to book a room, because, I am not at all good with the use of a computer. Joyce, was very knowledgeable and in fact went above and beyond to find me a room. She listened to all my questions and needs and she took the time to find the answers, if she didn't already know them. I am very happy with, her service, she also accommodated my disability. Mark didn't bother to tell me there was no bathroom when I ordered my stay very poor on his part, caused a lot of confusion for the motel and for us, i'll try to avoid Expedia when ordering stays.

When I called for a hotel reservation, I looked up the Hampton Inn in Seneca Falls and called the number that popped up for their listing. I assumed, when you answered, Elsa, that I was talking directly to their front desk because you never identified yourself as a representative for another company. If you had, I would have hung up because I prefer to speak directly to the hotel clerk and not another company trying to make extra money from me. You said that you did not have any rooms left at the Hampton Inn but would Check with other hotels in the area. You said that the Gould Hotel had a king room available and could make the reservation for me. You said the room would be $192.24 and that I'd also get Refund protection. We were going directly to the hotel so I didn't need to pay extra for that but you said I wouldn't because it's included! When we get to the hotel, they did not have a reservation for us under the confirmation number that you gave me, which was *******! I also found out that they did not have a king room available with a tv! And the price of their rooms was only $88.25 and Not $192.24, as you quoted me! And the confirmation you sent me included a rate of $17.08 for the Refund Protection Plan that you said was included but would Not be any extra cost! And you knew we didn't need to pay extra for this plan since we were going directly there! The hotel needed my credit card to pay for my bill because they'd not received any proof of payment from your company! I called you back but they said there was no one there by the name of Elsa Guadalupe! I spoke with "Kenneth" and requested that they please refund my Visa for the $192.24 since I'd obviously been scammed by your company and overcharged over $100 and charged for a protection plan that I didn't need! When you speak to people in the future, please inform them of what company they are dealing with so they don't assume that they're speaking directly to a hotel!

One, you have not told me when I can expect to receive the entire $1,078.02 credit on my Visa credit card; and two, you have not responded to my claim, made in the five emails I sent you, that charging me a cancellation fee is contractually unwarranted!

I needed to understand what accommodations we could reserve & also use of the conference hall for a family reunion. He was ever so nice & patient with this octogenarian woman. The gentleman at the front desk, Marco Antonio, was able to put two separate reservations together without any difficulty, include our member number, and confirmed our request for an early check-in due to a health operation at NYU. He was extremely polite, helpful, and reassuring. It is the reason we always try to book with Hilton and Marco was exemplary.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
