Repeatedly asked for a specific location and was booked incorrectly
Bernard was an understanding individual. I don't have a pile of money but I do want to enjoy life and what time I have left in it. Bernard, was not one of those pushy kind of guys but very understanding, so he came up with some ideas and it really touched me. So everything worked out and we are able to spend some time in va Beach.

My car broke down today and I was having a lot of difficulty finding a room on a Friday night. Even though the inn I called had no availability, Sarahi found me a room at a reasonable price and very close. She did all of this in the friendliest manner. She changed the negative of the breakdown into a positive. I am thrilled.

Called in and informed me agent I should get a special rate. Was not told that the agent couldn't book that rate and instead was booked with a non cancelable reservation. Absolutely the worst and most dishonest service I have ever received.
