I see the price suitable for the products and services

Someone advised me to buy 1 of their servers(Hostwinds'), I thought that the price was too good too be true but they were better than expected.

Normally when I buy a reseller account I get WHM reseller access to create multiple cpanel account, every domain can have its own cpanel account but this isn't the case with your service. I only have one cpanel account so I can't provide my clients cpanel access.

I appreciate Hostwinds offering their sales prices to existing customers! I had to order a new instance to get the price, so it took more of my time and theirs but still glad to have the option to do so.

Service is pretty good for what you pay. Support not much help if you have issues. They kind of blow it off and say they can't reproduce it on their end so it must be you. Always the same answer.

I've used Hostwinds for about 10 years. They are a solid company. They have live chat support with techs that are almost immediately there. I have used companies that it took 30-60 min or longer waiting in a queue before you get to chat with someone. I much appreciate how fast they pick up chat. That's a winner in my book, especially when you have a problem.

I have used Hostwinds for years to manage a few small services and test platforms. The service has always been top notch and the few times I had issues, they were resolved quickly.

So far so good, everything is as advertised. Would recommend because they set up the servers in timely manner and they offer a competitive price.

1. People in tech team should react little bit sooner
2. I dont like that the price of next month's order is 25%! Higher. It wasnt on sales page written. Dont like it.
