I've used Hostwinds for about 10 years. They are a solid company. They have live chat support with techs that are almost immediately there. I have used companies that it took 30-60 min or longer waiting in a queue before you get to chat with someone. I much appreciate how fast they pick up chat. That's a winner in my book, especially when you have a problem.
Originally they 'saved me' from another company that was dying on the vine! They have proven to be a great company to work with over the past decade. It is my opinion they sincerely seek to provide great support to their customers. I chose hostwinds for their support. I don't need it much, but when I do, I know they are there to help.
