Multiple domains and websites hosted by GoDaddy for 20+ years with no problems and outstanding support. In August 2021 GoDaddy decided to move their email platform to Microsoft 365, resulting in extra monthly charges AND lacking support for "catch-all" email, which I use extensively.
Hostwinds supports "catch-all" email, and had pretty good reviews, so I migrated here.
Hostwinds tech support have been readily available and responsive, however not very helpful sometimes. For example, after transferring my domain to Hostwinds, tech support suggested that I contact GoDaddy to get them to change the DNS records at GoDaddy to point to my web site and mail server at Hostwinds, instead of informing me that I could reassign the nameservers to Hostwinds. Better yet, it seems they could have been a little more "proactive" and asked if I wanted them to reassign the nameservers for me. After a couple of hours rummaging through the Hostwinds Control Panel I "accidentally stumbled on" the page showing that my nameservers were still controlled by GoDaddy (domaincontrol.com), at which time I was able to make the reassignment myself. Simple as clicking a radio-button, but I'm unimpressed that Hostwinds tech support suggested I get GoDaddy to CHANGE THEIR DNS RECORDS for the domain I just TRANSFERRED to Hostwinds.
Haven't been here long, so maybe it's unfair to judge so soon...

I'm a new small business owner and want to manage my own website. I had some issues with signing up and then some configuration confusion but the support team were right there to help me out every step of the way. I have absolutely no regrets.

Despite the price of domains being high, the service is amazing! I could of gotten the domain somewhere else for cheaper but Hostwinds customer service inspired me to just pay the 4 dollars extra per year. Looking back I have no regret and I would recommend you to use them!

Good service and value for money because of the features such as unlimited bandwidth, unlimited database storage for web hosting at the price point Hostwinds is giving is just affordable!

As a new customer, I had issues sending mails, because IP address was blocked by domains in office 365.

They have relatively permissive terms of service, but don't allow you to prepay for hosting services. Bummer

Purchase was easy & fast. Next day review of account is incorrect. They are showing a balance due but that is not correct. I assume it will be soon corrected without my having to spend time with them.
