Reasonably straightforward and efficient but keep getting timed out when using Cpanel. Apart from this minor annoyance everything else is fairly easy.
Everything is fine in this company except for the waiting time for a response from live support. I had to wait over 2 hours for an answer.

I was continuously charged over the last 3 years. I disputed through my payment method (paypal) and this company never got back to me. It keeps charging me even after my Cpanel was deleted. Stay away from this spam company. This is my first dispute sent via paypal in 2019. They never cancelled my services and I was charged again in 2020 and 2021.
