This app peaked my interest by showing me outrageously low prices for a flight I regularly take that I know to be very expensive. Not only were the prices not available the app was unable to give me the correct prices of the flights it did offer. The prices I clicked were not the price of the actual tickets .
Just searched for a flight and it was like every other travel site. Trying to funnel me into a purchase flow. I want to know if it's the best time to buy. You're no long telling me that and I tried twice
Terrible app. For 2 months I checked it non stop because it said the price would drop by about 33%. Lies it only went up by almost half the price haha. Do not download this app.
As bad as it may sound , Hopper is my go-to for flight deals ! At times ,I'll shop around to see what's out there , but Hopper always brings great prices.

Found some of the cheapest flights on this app. Although it's not always the cheapest option, when it is cheaper, it's almost half of what I find elsewhere. Definitely worth the time.
Great app overall, I would give it 5 stars but it has two major limitations for me. I can only select up to 14 days in the trip duration for flexible dates and I want to travel for about 21 days. Also I can only pick months in the time range, it would be great if I could have more control over the flex dates which is the most interesting feature in my opinion.
Good but it's not always accurate. I always have to use google flights first then I book through hopper. It's good for booking though no stress.
It's a great app to go to when looking for great deals. Does not disappoint. I have practically used it for every international and U.S. love that they let you watch it and freeze the prize for 48 hours. One way to come back to it.
I used the hopper app to book a flight and everything seemed to be working well. However starting about 2 days before the flight, the app started to crash on opening. After deleting the app and reinstalling multiple times, I can not get the app to stay open and face consistent crashing. I have update by iOS and the problem persist. I now have to go back to using google flights and kayak for my flight needs. If the bugs could could sorted out, app is a game changer; but as is it's just taking up space on my phone.
I booked and then attempted to cancel my flight through Hopper. I used a low-cost carrier, followed the instructions on Hopper, and cancelled via the carrier's website. Although the carrier confirmed my refund, Hopper still has not processed it. I've tried to use the Hopper support help, but it has been useless. I have tried contacting them every way I know how and still have not received my refund. Although I do appreciate automation, there should be a way to speak to a REAL PERSON when there is an issue, not just an automated messaging system. Very displeased with the customer support and will not be using Hopper again.
The hopper is a good way to be notified of cheap fairs when it's available, but dare to make a mistake. There is no contact information; only a chat that no one answers to. You just have to pray that someone gets in contact with you!!! Awful!
I'm okay with using Hopper. The only thing is when I first started using them we could pick our own seats, now you have to pay extra to get the seat you want. I wish the airlines would just leave it alone and have tickets the same price for all of second class.
My husband and I used this app a few times and now we won't use anything else. Best prices always and super easy and convenient to use! Fly anywhere from anywhere and they find the best prices with NO POP UP ADDS!

I love Hopper! It's great for tracking flights and rates! My only complaints are that I wish there were more filters for watched flight, and I'd like to be able to enter my frequent flyer info before booking. Otherwise, all good! Highly recommend!
You will get all flight options and info in one place including price, layovers and schedules. This app has let me down, I decided to follow the recommendation to wait for their prediction(which changed daily) I waited over a month and flight never went down close to their prediction. Finally couldn't wait any longer and paid a higher price than before I started using app.
Booked at least I think I did, got a calendar invite, and a receipt no confirmation. And my app doesn't have any other features to talk to customer service. After deleting and downloading again. It's only giving me the option of booking another flight. I'm not sure if my first flight is booked and that was over 24hrs ago. What is you guys customer service phone number! Horrible
I decided to use this app for a work trip i typed in a round trip, then two one way tickets. It told me to wait so I purchased the outbound flight and it said to wait to purchase my other flight somehow it was the same origin destination. Regardless I couldn't contact support and now I have to pay more money because I was waiting for a flight that served me no purpose. You are better off searching the internet for cheap ticket prices yourself. One star two thumbs down.
Use Hopper all the time, love the price predictions so I know when to book and when to wait because the price will be dropping. Just a great tool.
