Chris Sixkiller dealt with me over the phone. I measured my vinyl floor in my art studio. Described all the paint droppings on the floor and he gave me a price. He clearly stated it could be less or a little more depending on the amount of work. He is a man who knows his trade. He understands flooring and how to care for it. I learned a lot. We chatted personally. He is a man of strong integrity. He believes in a job being done right. I will call him again. All of his reviews are great.

We setup a meeting/quote through homeadvisor, and the "pro" was a no-show, no-call. Then, I logged in again, and selected the next "pro". We hired this pro and got the work completed quickly.
