Our actual window person turned out great, but Angi is annoying. Customer service is in India.
We were in need of emergency services for storm damaged trees. After have little success searching for a qualified and available contractor on my own. I made a request through Angi at approx. 9:00 a.m. A qualified contractor contacted me within the hour. I had a site visit and written quote by 11:00 a.m. A crew was on site by 1:00 p.m. to start and complete a very thorough and quality job. Angi is a great resource.

I was scheduled with two different pros by Angi for the same service. I spoke on the phone with three different people to attempt to rectify the situation. Nothing was fixed. Finally the last day before my service I called AGAIN to tell them I didn't want 2 different service people on the same day doing the same work and refused to pay for the second service. At this point, they charged me a $25 fee because I was cancelling less than 24 hours before the service. The service that came was fantastic and did a marvelous job. I'm not sure what they did with the second service. This was NOT my fault. I tried everything I could to get only one service scheduled but it seems ANGI cannot get their act together until the can legally charge me the cancellation fee. I will never use them again. Hopefully I will be able to get ahold of the person that did come because if I need the service again, I would like to use her. BUT I will never use ANGI again.
Excellent experience, professional. Explained the whole procedure. Only took 2 days and problem solved!
They pour a slab for my shed. They pred the area, mixed, and ran the slab. Then, they cleaned up the room and spread the dirt in low spots for us. Very professional.
