1 star False promises. Unethical behavior. Angi's sales rep rushed me into a 12-month contract, promising I'd get furniture assembly leads. After signing, I found out they don't even offer that service anymore. When I asked for a refund, they delayed, disconnected calls, and sent me a $2,646 cancellation notice. They took $630 for nothing.
I've filed complaints with the FTC and Florida Attorney General.
Total scam — stay away.

I have use home advisor 7 times and many of those recommended are poor quality looking to gouge a customer in need.

Angi/CactusNectar, LLc was recommended and did a terrible job that was unprofessional, unethical with no attention to detail. They promised a bathroom remodel in 1 month, but took them 5 months. Couldn't level floor for tile installation and had to have a professional flooring company come out to do the job correctly. Everything had to be redone at least twice. Didn't clean up or do a final walk through. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO HIRE!

I would not under any circumstances do any business with this company, they will eat you up in lead fees and when you get bad leads they will refund you 2 leads a month and nothing more, you will be nickeled and dimed to death by them save yourself the headache and go with someone different that doesn't charge per lead. They also sell that same lead to anywhere from 4-5 other contractors as well

The contractor we hired was amazing. I can't say enough good things about him. Home Advisor / Angi is horrible. I requested 3 bids. They gave my info out to over 10 companies. The first day I received over 30 calls. One company called 12 times in one day! The job is complete, and it has been over a month since we started the process. I am still getting 2-3 calls a day. Think twice before using Angi.

Had my floor installed through Empire Flooring. Took 5 months to install correctly. Horrible cheap products. Hardwood door and their best carpet that the seams are already coming apart. Put the wrong transition pieces and either came back with the wrong color or did not show up at all. Michelle Whitman was my rep. Terrible product. Do not purchase. I spent $17,000.00 on my floor and wish I would have went with 50-Floor. Do not use Empire and their cheap products.

We are restoring our farmhouse. Quick fix removed old pipes and did our new rough in plumbing with new water lines in house and from street. Good value for the price.

A1 Abatement was fantastic to work with. They came one day to give an estimate and return the following day to do the work. I believe they were very professional, and they left a very tidy cleaned up site. I would highly recommend them.

Ricky Salazar, Owner will not reimburse me $6,000 for an illegal re-roof according to Oregon State Building Codes *******580, Item 10 a & b. Never received a warranty. He had no workmen's comp. On his workers at the time of my illegal re-roof. Ricky Salazar License *******. Check out his citation on Oregon CCB Website. I am 81 and only have SS. I had to borrow the $6,000 and am paying it back at $271.00 a month.

I received a quick response from Roof Masters. Got a good job done at a reasonable price. I give them 5 stars!

They sent the trade people to the wrong address. Two of the three trade companies never provided a written estimate. I wasted so much time. Additionally, Angi collected too much detailed personal information, which they sold to other vendors, and I am getting an avalanche of unsolicited offers. I had a horrible experience. Use their service with a lot of caution.

Lily took my call and scheduled the job to be completed on Monday afternoon between 1-3pm. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time in a professional way. The price was fair and upfront. No surprises with extra fees. I would recommend this business to others.
