They sent the trade people to the wrong address. Two of the three trade companies never provided a written estimate. I wasted so much time. Additionally, Angi collected too much detailed personal information, which they sold to other vendors, and I am getting an avalanche of unsolicited offers. I had a horrible experience. Honesty and integrity is the way they operate. I feel like a family member, where I know most employees by name. Their prices are good, (not the best, but you get what you pay for!) and their work is good. They stand by their work even months later.

I saw many similar venture come and go in the Cleveland kosher market. This place is far above the experience from those establishment. It is clean, well organized, has a very good choice of menus, and great customer service. Highly recommended!

I ordered a gold plated. 925 sterling silver, gold plated Italian necklace, called Indulgence. The item was perhaps an aluminum chain with a faded goldish paint. It was totally corroded and could not be used even as a custom jewelry. Returned the item, but the merchant refuse to credit the full price. Their postage and handling is almost $20.00 ($19.95) for a $3.96 first class stamp. The merchandise was advertised as a $299.00 heirloom quality. HAH!
