Morgan with customer service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had an issue by my own error and Morgan helped me to resolve my issue by contacting the manufacturer who is sending items to resolve my error. Items should arrive in 8 weeks. I only gave 4 stars as my issue has not been totally resolved, item has not arrived yet.
