I was looking at their clothing and ACCIDENTALLY hit purchase button. I tried to cancel order immediately, but I just received my bank statement & I got charged for an item I never received! Never received a proof of purchase either.

Placed an order in Feb but only a partial shipment came. Quality was poor and not as advertised. Returned per their instructions (I paid return postage) and the package was returned to me undeliverable. I've been sending emails (I have copies) ever since and have been getting the runaround. I should have checked there reviews first because they are the worst reviews I have ever seen. I guess they change their name and address to stay under the radar. I have tried everything but can't get a person to talk to and all their return emails are computer generated. I have pictures, saved emails and proof they are not a legit company. Please work with me to stop this company from committing fraud to unsuspecting customers.

On Holapick site, I have tried at least 10 times to send a message for a refund, typed in the Verification Code. The response is ALWAYS "Verification code invalidation". It appears that the company does not want anyone to contact it re: a problem. I hope whatever state or local entity that has jurisdiction can put this company on the dustheap of history. If you do not want to pay outrageous shipping charges and have nonexistent customer care, stay away.

They had a picture of a nice coat. I ordered it for my wife. They shipped a SWEATER cheap look alike that did NOT even come close to what it was suppose to look like. So sad.

I placed my order for Christmas and waited way longer than promised on their website. Once I received my order in 3 different shipments, sizing and quality was not what was advertised. I ordered socks were all their pictures and promotions showed 5 pairs of Cashmere socks. I received 1 pair for my $10.99 purchase. They were cotton, no wool and no cashmere. No one would ever pay $10.99 for pair of cotton socks, they were suppose to be cashmere and 5 pairs. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I tried explain my concerns with them and after 6 emails and their refusals, I needed to express my frustration on this website. If there are other websites that have Holapic Reviews, I will find them and write another review of their scams.

I ordered a dress and they took my money. Then they said they no longer had that product and they would refund my money! It's been 8 months now. I emailed them at least 10 times and still nothing. Do not order this place is a scam! Buyer beware!

1. If you want extremely poor quality, badly fitting clothing then this is the site for you.

2. If you want to return goods and lose your money then this is the site for you.

3. If you want to email at least 40 times to try and get your money back and report a missing item then this is the site for you.

4. If you love reading generic emails that fail to address your questions then this is the site for you.

5. If you want to donate your hard earned money to a company then you have the right site.

I wish I would've looked up reviews on Holapick before purchasing the items.
The photos look good but nothing like the actual product which is extremely thin cheap polyester.
They have a 30 day return policy, but try to return it. They don't send you an invoice and leave you no information for a contact.
You get billed under the A different name ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL

You receive you delivery from local address but must return it to somewhere deep in China that has about seven lines to the address.
Save yourself the headache, frustration, time and money.

First, emailing them is a total waste of time as the responses are ridiculous, and difficult to understand. I asked for a tracking number and they sent jibberish of a paragraph I had to try to decipher. Also, took 4 weeks, several emails and I finally got my delivery. I did not recognize anything but one item in the package. The material is very cheap. I also made the mistake of gifting to a family member. She got some of my stuff and is a few thousand miles away so now we need to pay for shipping to me. The email responses are insulting as they always say 'be patient'. Never, ever again. The time I spent THEY OWE me money. The material is so sheer you would need to wear long undergarments with it AND none have washing instructions of tags of any kind.

I bought 6 shirts and wanted to return all 6. The quality is horrible, a very cheap material. The sizes were all off. Some shirts were too small to even wear, others were way too big. I spent over $100 and have not worn one single item. Customer service was a nightmare. Before I ordered, it stated I would be able to return any item. However after contacting customer service, having to send several emails and pictures proving the items did not fit, I only was given a small refund. The shirts were donated to a thrift store, never worn. I do not recommend this company. The pictures look awesome online, but you will be extremely disappointed when you see the items for real.

This seller is an absolute scam. Their advertisement is false, they prey on people who think they are a legitimate business because they offer paypal. Read any review about them. I wish I did. I got fooled by Paypal payment option.

Paypal - you shoul stop offering them false legitimacy with their brand. You are enabling these thieves.

Facebook - you should stop offering them false legitimacy by allowing them to advertise. You are enabling these thieves.
