Nice fabrics in pictures. What you receive is trash, and many times item not at all what you ordered.
I placed my order 4/22/2021 & my money removed promptly. As of today 5/21 I haven't received the 2 tops I ordered.
I ordered them for Mother's Day, didn't get them and wanted to wear them for our anniversary next Friday. I'm not holding my breath.
I'm sad because I love what I ordered.
I called last week and was told by someone who didn't speak English well one week. Well, I keep checking Fedx and they don't have it.
I guess next week I call my charge card and ask for their help.

Worst online shopping I've ever experienced! Slow delivery, poor quality, very bad customer service, no way to return merchandise and I'm convinced they will never reimburse my credit card even if I found a label to return things. Clothing runs about five sizes smaller than normal. I got a size XXL women's pants that actually has a 12 inch waist! Not kidding. This company should not be in business!
I am not happy with Holapick. I did not receive all that ordered, I have not received a refund, they will not give me a return address to send the shirts back, very poor customer service, after 4 emails which I think was an automated system answering my emails, they have ceased communication with me. I am out close to 200.00, I WANT MY FULL REFUND

Avoid this business! Total scam. Merchandise is clearly intentionally misrepresented on website (very different colors and styles and COMPLETELY different (cheap) fabrics) and they literally make it impossible to return, send you the same clarification question 10 times in spite of you answer them everytime! OUTRAGES! UNacceptable customer service! NEVER BUY FROM THAT SITE

Out of the four items I ordered, one was the wrong pair of pants, one had a button but no button hole and was a small size not medium, one was too small, and the fourth item was too large. There was no information on where to return it. The quality of the items was awful. Worst company I have ever done business with.
They have no way of contacting them except through email... when you want to cancel the order because they didn't send it... you can't because the code never comes or doesn't work! I'm out $180 ugh! Scammers!
This is not a good company. It took forever for my order to arrive, and when it finally all came the clothing was the poorest quality. I was not expecting much because it was so inexpensive, but this is seriously bad. One item looked totally used. It was navy and had white fuzz all over it. Another piece arrived and it was totally not what I ordered at all. There is absolutely no way to return these items. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Please do not order from them
This company is a joke! I wish I would have read reviews before buying clothes from their site. Nothing is the size it's supposed to be. Large sweaters seem to actually be a children's large at best. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. I never got a $40 pair of sneakers they refuse to even address. They say I have to return the merchandise back to China! And pay for it myself! I was scammed out of over $80 and there is no way I'm going to pay for return shipping on their promise to refund me. I'm sure the sweaters which are so cheap and ugly didn't even cost $10 to make them all! Please do not buy from this company. I'm hoping PayPal will make it right since this company is only in business to scam people!
I purchased 2 dresses. They were not as described and size was not accurate.
When I requested to return them they offered a nominal price to keep them. I asked to ship them back and they said they had to be shipped back to China. This was not cost effective. Still trying to get a refund. Would not buy from them again!
Ordered four items costing $137.96, one came completely different form pictures, later other three items arrived, quality terrible, sizing not good either... I 've sent dozens of emails to get a full refund, they come back with form type letters and some say, you can have the items and we'll give you a voucher for $19. So they have my $140 and think they crap is worth $19...
I believe they take pics of good quality items from other companys and do very cheap knock offs... the address on my crap is not from China yet they have told me I have to at my expense send it back to China and when its recieved I will recieve my refund. Can't believe a word this company says. I am now pursuing a dispute with my credit card company, and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and will be finding a way to to have their fraudlent business of knockoffs shut down...

I purchased some tops from this company this past April 2020. I never received the clothing but they were quick to charge my credit card!
I was so excited about this order I made. Waited. They said the order was delivered and it never showed up. Took the money though... sad because they could have a beautiful business... I feel sorry for them..
The clothes are so cheap looking, material horrible too, sizing so off, and customer service is horrible. What more can you say. I learned my lesson from buying from them. Still don't have all the items. I would request refund but they won't get back to you.
Poor quality. Material is stiff. Size runs small. The picture on the website looks much better than the actual product. I won't order again from this company.
First, I used the fitting chart and ordered 2 full sizes larger than I normally would - the items were still very small. I had ordered in August in order to have gifts for Christmas, and the package came just before New Years!
Then the real nightmare began when I attempted to return the items. They offered me 4 very strange "options", but I decided on Option 4, which was 100% refund if I paid for the return mailing. I got generic letters and even though I have emails showing 7 different times I asked for a return address label or return address, they dodged the question. So I went to FedEx and we used the "return" address on the original packaging. Holapick asked for a copy of the tracking number and receipt, then told me it was the wrong address, so they "could only offer a 50% return". As they promised 100% if I picked up the return mailing cost, I was incensed. Multiple emails back and forth, and the last one - when I hit reply - it went to ME! So they used an address to send that wouldn't allow a reply.
I have made a Better Business Complaint. They have a 1 star rating on BBB. I would give them less than that if it was possible. Not only are they UNETHICAL and DECEITFUL, I believe that what they are doing is ILLEGAL.
After months of the run around and trying to return very cheap, incorrectly sized items, Holapick/SayHey has not refunded my money as promised. I found out they are located in China, even though that wasn't indicated on their website. I spent over $60 in shipping it back and haven't even received a refund for the returned clothes. They are dishonest and I'm warning others because I, unwisely, didn't look into this company before making a purchase.
The clothes arrived 9-10weeks after order AND are NOTHING like the website photos. Materials are mispresented on the website & sewing is so so so inadequate! AND the items smell toxic! I was not able to even open the clear plastic bags they were shipped
Customer Service is nearly non-existent; as I am continuously replied to with form emails offering to return 1/2 my funds DESPITE their return policy stating otherwise!
They REFUSE to provide a return shipping address so I can proceed with the return. OVERALL a horrible company. I wassuckered in during the hidays with advertised Black Friday Deals AND fake reviews

Answer: Unfortunately you probably cannot. After my dealings with a company called Noracora, I have done some research. Seems these companies are poppong up on FB and other social media sites. They advertise very cute clothing for reasonable prices. Most of them are scams. They take your money and (if they send it at all) send you cheaply made pieces that barely resemble the pictures. Fraudulent customer service emails, extremely high shipping on returns and lies all around. My recommendation would be to contact your Paypal or credi card company to see if they can help. Sorry!

Answer: You can only return by sending to China for between $60 - 80. You will not receive an exchange or a refund.
