Do not buy anything from this company. It's out of China and good luck trying to get your money back. After 6 months I finally called BofA and let them deal with it. I got my full refund back but they couldn't even find a contact #. If you don't want to take my word for this company, check out Holapick reviews Better Business Bureau they got a F rating. It's no wonder all the reviews only had one star. Please I repeat please don't waste your time or money with this company... Period.

DON'T BUY from this company(if you can even call it that). The clothes look great in their promos but when they arrive 4-6 weeks later they are all either oversized or undersized and the material is disgusting.
If this was a real company they would have a returns policy and treat their customers with respect. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased over $200 worth of clothing from them it would have saved me both time and money. I don't buy clothes very often and I thought I was getting something special for my self and my daughter. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and upset with Holapick. You are a disgrace to the online shopping community and should be banned. If I could give you negative stars I would!

Ordered trousers in what on the photo looked like very thin denim with enbroidered flowers, and cotton-linen top in what on the photo looked fresh lush yellow-greenish color. Goods arrived 2 weeks after i placed the order. Yet the quality of material was a disappointment. The trousers were made from some very cheap synthetic material, and flowers were rather imprintered than embroidered. The material of the top was very cheap and low quality. Also the colors were absolutely different to the photos on their website. The size of the top was not matching their size table, it was much smaller than M. And the design of both things was not exactly what was presented on their website. Everything looks terrible and very cheap. I've attached photos of what i received and what is on the photos on their website. Do not recommend this seller. This is dodgy Chinese producer of very low quality clothes. What you get is absolutely not what is shown on the photos on their website - totally different material, different colors, different design and wrong sizes. My recommendation: stay away from this rip off.

I ordered almost $500 Canadian. There was not one single thing that was wearable. KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They would only refund $36. I don't typically write reviews but PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I purchased 6 blouses from what I thought was an Australian Company 8 weeks ago - only to learn that it is a chinese company - they didn't dispatch in 24-48 hours as they say they will. I measured myself and ordered sizes according to their dimensions on the web site. I am normally a size 18 - 20 - I ordered 3XL & 4XL and only 1 of the blouses fit - one blouse was nice (one that didn't fit) the rest were really cheap thin material and if I saw them in a clothing store would not have paid $5 for them. I asked for a refund but got no reply. Be warned they are cheap for a reason

Not only was I not able to track my package it showed up with half an order and I laughed at the sizing. The t-shirts I ordered were nothing but iron ons. The XXL fits my small-sized son. What a rip off.

Ordered June 14, received July 9. Ugly $#*! dress bore no resemblance to beautiful pic online. Paid $40+ with S&H. They offered me $14 refund if I keep it, saving shipping cost which I have to pay. PLEASE, don't buy anything from them! PLEASE!

I ordered 8 items from them and they sent the wrong size on 6 items. They advertised 2 dresses as linen and they were cheap see thru polyester.
You have to pay for returns. Which was $72 from FL, USA. So it was rediculous to return. I will donate.

I saw their website & the stuff looks just adorable, so I ordered a bunch of things. Sorry I did! The tops are cut w/ no sewn seam on 1/2 of the item, colors are not what they should be, cheesy leggings with the elastic not sewn into the fabric, just placed in a pocket, just NOT made well AT ALL! When I tried to return, I have to jump through all kinds of hoops & after 8 emails, still don't have a shipping label B y the time I get it, the 30 days will be up & they will say I can't return. DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THEM!

Worst experience with ordering clothing. Fabric was printed on extreme slimy polyester. Styles not as pictured. Some items never came. No way to return anything. Small small small. And ugly ugly. Believe the 1 reviews... would have given it a zero but not an option. Don't waste your money or time. On a 90$ ordered offered a 30$ refund but no way to return whole miserable mess even tho say returnable.

Most items do not look as advertised from color to fabric and pattern. I have ordered due to poor refund policy and they do not follow and try to get you to buy more by saying 60% off next purchase meanwhile most of their items do not fit properly and are garbage material. I have halloween costumes that feel better! And would wear then this garbage. DO NOT BOTHER, photos are deceiving and most likely photoshoped to the extreme. OH and they also send items in large instead of small and items that are not even the same style or color.
