Got on the website of holafares and thought I was getting a great deal. Booked four tickets from Denver to Cabo and then got a call that the seats I purchased were no longer available. He said that united airlines who the flights were thru raised the price of the tickets and they could not value my reservation. This was after I put my credit card and all other info in. I fly all over the world and this was the first and last time I will use this company. BEWARE they tried five different times to lower the price to get me to bite but would never offer the price I booked at! RUN

I am trying since friday for you to send me the tickets... first you need to raise the price... I send an agree email... then you send another e mail asking for me to call you... I need the tickets or I will have to call the hotel and cancel

This organization is despicable. They took advantage of the pandemic to screw us and other family members. They don't return phone calls, lie about what they can or cannot do for you and generally are like street criminals. Case in point: We paid $2,278.49 for four roundtrip tickets. With COVID - we couldn't use them. We were told we would get full credit/refund. Long story short - after hours and hours / days / weeks / months of calling and being on hold and talking to phonies - they offered a refund of the ticket price of $734.50 however will not refund the tax and fees. My cost to buy was $2,278.49 they are only offering $1,469.00. They are keeping $809.49! Does this sound like an organization you want to business with?

So far, it has been a terrible experience. I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate company or scammers. Purchased a ticket on a Thursday, they called me back to say the fare was not available. They upsold me on a more expensive ticket, to which I hesitantly agreed. It all seemed very strange in the fact that they requested photos of my ID and Credit Card, supposedly for my own security. They do not deliver on their promises. They said I would have my tickets within 24-48 hours. That did not happen. Called them, and since it was the weekend, said it would get pushed until Monday "guaranteed". Called them Monday and they were full of excuses again and asked for another 48 hrs. Called them again, more excuses and said tomorrow. Called them again, more excuses, said tomorrow again. I'm starting to believe I'll never get my tickets. Bad way of doing business. No respect for the customers, and a lot of questionable practices: fake advertising, upselling, not keeping their promises.

It was a bad experience to book the airfare tickets with HOLAFARES. It is a kind of SCAM in a formal way. HOLAFARE got all your information; personal and credit card. They put you on hold and send you an email to notify you that within 4 hours you will receive the E-tickets, but you wont receive anything until you call them or they will call you back and give you a big surprise that the airfare tickets price went up. Do not waste your time and energy booking your tickets and bring you a lot of hassles. BE CAREFUL!

I paid $1964. 85 for my plane tickets that was what the website said the price was, it was deducted from my account by United Airlines and I was charged a $634.10 fee that was separately deducted by flightbooking. Right in the middle of the transaction the price suddenly went up according to the guy on the phone "*******@miro" my family was basically without a choice since they really had to fly the same day due to a loved one sick in the hospital. I didn't care so much that the price jumped but it's so sketchy how the airline charged their listed price on jetcost.com and holafares took $634 there is something goin on here!

DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM THIS SITE! They have the WORST customer service, and are completely dishonest and I'm concerned it borders on illegal. I purchased my tickets for the price that was advertised, clicked on the "confirm" button afterwards and went about my day. No more than 10 mins after I get a call from their company telling me that I have to pay DOUBLE the advertised price for my tickets to keep them. When I demanded to speak with a supervisor, I was told that there are none, a few mins later, there supervisor will be available in 2 hours, then finally a supervisor magically appears. River Williams, the supervisor, told me that she has better things to do than speak with me and address my issues. Excuse me? That's your JOB! This woman changed the price of my tickets numerous times, (although she claims that she has no control over the price), from $1100, then $800, and later $1400. Ridiculous! She had the worst attitude, until I said I was going to make a complaint to the better business bureau (which I did do) because this is ILLEGAL and FRAUD. Please save your time and protect your information from these people. I now have to call and cancel my credit card information because the biggest concern is that they now have all of my private information.

My husband and I booked a flight and never received anything besides an email saying the flight went up $80. So we agreed to pay the extra $80 then they called saying they are sorry that flight went up $200 more so I said no I don't want it. Then he said well I have another flight that is cheaper and you get 1 free bag so I said ok I'll take that. Well he sent me the reservation number for the flight but no e tickets or anything else. Didn't even take out my account for the tickets. Then I called again and said you haven't took out for the tickets nor have I received anything else about my flight. Well of course he says I'm sorry ma'am the tickets went up again. I said nevermind I don't want it anymore. Well woke up this morning to my account DRAINED... multiply scam charges from different places in towns I've never even been too. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE, YOU'LL BE WRITING THIS SAME REVIEW!

I am very ANGRY with this company. I booked flights with them three weeks ago, entering all of my information, including my credit card number, to lock in the prices and chosen flights on that date. Today, I just thought I'd print the flight information off, and I see that the printout says "This is not your e-ticket.", so I called just to reconfirm everything. The man said, "We're sorry, but those prices are no longer available. They have gone up considerably!" and when I said that was not possible since I had locked in my flights that day, he said they would now cost over $300 more each! I do NOT think this company should be in business publishing prices that DO NOT EXIST. I am beyond angry and I recommend you NEVER USE HOLAFARES to book your travel plans.

They were selling the ticket for a one price on the website and then call me said the were no more seat available. I believe them with out reulasin they sold me the same tickets and same flight for 200 dollars more per ticket. And about then. Cuz the covic 19 i coulnt flight. Now only wanna refund me 400 when i paid $1005. For both tickets and on top of the charge me $100 for ticket. Please dont used the people. They are scamming you

As I was booking it, a chat box showed up and asked for a phone number to discuss as I inquired if the ticket is cancelable within 24 hours as is a normal practice. When we spoke the guy said the advertised ticket is for a basic economy and if you want a cancelable ticket you have to to pay more and purchase a regular economy. Booked a flight and recieved a message that I will be charged double since no discounted tickets were available
