Booked flights online and 2 days later was told they could not accommodate us. Was also told I would get a call back in 10 minutes and I had to call again the next day. I will book directly with the airlines from now on.
The service here is amazing, Martin the sales rep that handled our flight reservations was excellent, he took excellent care of us. We purchased 5 tickets with him and he even called us back to make sure we had received our airline confirmation, I would recommend HolaFares to my friends and family and make sure you ask for Martin. I will definitely be using them again soon.
We finally planned our first Mexico trip to Los Cabos and I had the pleasure of working with Kevin. He was so nice and making sure all our needs are meant and we received beyond excellent customer service that we could ask for.

DON'T I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The reason we are traveling is because we have a death in the family, the price was given was of $1,002.91 to travel round trip for 3 adults. Yes, that was amazing price, and the only reason I would have dealt with some unknown third party. My mom called in to confirm the status of the tickets at which point the associate Carlos, told her that the main cabin tickets the tickets I purchased online for my mom b/c she didn't want to deal with this in the first place were sold out. Carlos, went on the pressuring my mother to signing the confirming email, without first talking to me. Furthermore, every time I requested to talk to a supervisor/manager I was told that their wasn't one available to talk too?
I selected a flight at one advertised price, got a confirmation email for it and then a call later saying the price went up, would I agree to the new price. This happened 3 x's over 2 days, 5 days before our trip. I complied immediately the first time, but couldn't understand how they couldn't secure that an earlier rate. Seems to be serious lag time between what they advertise and their ability to keep up with ticket costs. Flight cost went from $310 to $850 over 3 days after I thought tickets were confirmed. I cancelled my entire family's trip. I won't ever make this mistake again. Should have just dealt with the airlines.

This company is a scam! If you already book with them, wait sitting down for you e tickets! They will NOT send anything and will try to use your card information for other porpoises, I was able to cancel the booking three days after I never received anything from them! After my cancellation my card was used online for unauthorized purchases! Please do not use this company!
Bait and switch. Sounds like a company ran out of a garage in India. Raised our price $200. I told him to FO and cancelled. Going back to Travelocity, Priceline, or Cheapfights.com. Don't waste your time or money with these folks.
I booked my flight and gave credit card information. Next afternoon they called and sent email stating, my reservation was on hold due to price increase. I refuse to go up $85 so I agreed to pay $12 more per ticket. 2days later I get same call at 11:05 pm eastern time. I refused to go up anymore and kept my reservation
This company is a complete scam and should be wiped of the face of this planet! How dare them think we are so stupid with the tactics they use. I'm so pissed that I did not vet them before giving them my info. I will do everything in my power to expose them. They may provide some customers with tickets but don't be fooled it's a big scam. They will bait and switch you and keep apologizing for not securing your tickets and then they will tell you that the price has gone up which is the only truth you will get. Then they will offer you new tickets with a hefty increase in price. Pieces of $#*!!
I booked a flight s for Miami was charged 144.00 and when I called to get my confirmation I was told I need another 100.00 to get my confirmation I call the airline that supposedly was booked and they told me that I was charged fraudulently has to cancel my card because they didn't have anything booked under my name after they took my card number
As others have mentioned, they have great fares listed. I booked a flight and gave all information. I got a confirmation email right away. A couple hours later, I got a call from them saying the date was no longer available but I could pay $200 more and keep the flights. I refused and went to Priceline where I found a coMparable price to the first price they listed. I am very disappointed in the bait and switch tactic.
Holafares gives you one price online that seems ok. They then call you telling you that what you booked is no longer avialable and you must pay 30% more for your original booking. The website continues giving you the same price even though you're on the phone being told it's no longer available. Predatory company that should not be used.
Holafares is running a scam, they are doing a bait and hook by advertising lower fares, taxes and fees included. I book 2 times thru there website and on both occasions they wanted to change my airline carrier from Southwest airlines to Spirit airlines because they did not want to honer my Southwest reservation. I booked thru them for $794.56 and then they called me and said that it would now cost approximately $1,080.00 to book the same round trip flight. DON'T do business Holafares! You will regret it. Book directly with the Airlines or use a reputable travel agency.
Kevin Smith was my agent and he helped me get the flight that was most convenient and cheap. It took a little longer than buying the flight directly from the airline, but the price was good and the people were very kind and helpful.
I read bad reviews about them and I still trusted them. But at the end all of the 1 star reviews are true, I paid for a booking and they called me 1hr after telling me the seat were full and recommended me for a flight $200 more expensive. Please just use a conventional booking site like Priceline or Kayak.
It's been a full week and I still haven't received my e-ticket. I keep inquiring and I get the same message, 24-48 hours. It's holiday time so it's quite nerve wracking not knowing if my ticket will be issued.
They hook you with a good price. Then, make a disclaimer that the price is not final until ticketed. When you follow-up, they lie and say they sent you some email, which more than likely they never sent, then they tell you that you can buy the ticket for double or triple the original price. Thank God I had some common sense and said no. I was able to buy the ticket I needed. Not sure how companies like this are allowed to do business in this country.
Not sure yet after I booked my flight I got a call from holafares saying my flight deal was not good anymore so they had to book me on another airline. Had to jump through to many hoops still waiting for new flight details
