I bought a ticket and cancelled it in less than an hour with a cost of 880 cads in December 19th 2020
I removed the dispute I had against Holafares in my bank the 27th of January but they still havent honored their commitment to pay my money back
This is affecting me a lot because I've to pay a debt I shouldn't be paying for ($880 cads), and for the interests being generated on my credit card monthly ($14,66) starting in December 2020 until today 28th March 2021
My advice: Avoid dealing with this company by any means. If you did the same mistake than me Pay with your credit card and don't let you them convince you to remove a dispute even if they send you e-mails or call you promising the refund of your money. They always find some problems to pay you back!
Every time I try to make the booking it comes back that the rate has changed. Not sure what is going on over there.
I found more options close to my needs and with a much better price. Thank you, this is a last minute emergency trip.
Spoke with Adam and supervisor Henry. I found a price online. Both men refused to price match what was on their website

Alerted me to call with super saver fare. After staying on hold price was 120 more than what was I secured online. Waste of time to call in

THEY ARE LYING ABOUT TAXES TRIPLING THE TAXES ON A SMALL AMOUNT. ASKING FOR FEES THAT THAT THEY CANT EXPLAIN.

Why list a fare and allow someone to book it, only to find out HOURS later that it was not longer available. What a waste of time!

I did not get my eticket or paper ticket. Where is my ticket and how come I did NOT get it as yet? I don't understand.
Answer: They call to tell you that deal is no longer available. Then they say for a higher price we can get you on a higher tier seat that just became available. Then if you say ok, then you have to wait 48-36 hours to see if your credit information is correct. Then they have to contact the airline to see will they accept the price. Then make sure your name, etc is correct on the ticket
