I purchased my flight online, received a phone call stating that the price went up. During my 8 day interaction with this company the airfare kept rising. There is surely a language barrier where the agent begins speaking very fast and understanding of what is being said is lost. Once my ticket was displayed to me, it had my name completely wrong, had to wait another 28 hours to have it corrected. The agents are polite, but I feel they are not being honest on their website concerning the prices.

I filled out the information because it showed available flights for (AA)DFW to LAX $414 for 2ppl. Clicked booking complete and then it sends a itinerary with reference number and a email for you to confirm you're booking. Little to my surprise I called and they said there's no more seats available to book on AA so book with Delta cause they have seats available then he said it'll be $978 it's not the only third party that's doing that Best Air, Hot flights etc. Please book from other airlines and third parties that will honor their website prices as advertised. Oh yeah they don't take the money out of your account until you agree to thee higher price... I can't add the prices from the email.at this time.

Booked a great deal on Holafares and proceeded to book event tickets, hotel, rental car, etc. Six and a half hours later a guy who complained about his life in "Arabia" with a thick accent but said his name was Adam Smith called and said the airfare went to other customers. At the time of booking it said there were 7 seats available at this price and so I felt confident in booking 2 of the supposed 7 available. The confirmation said my order would be processed within 4 hours once they verified my credit card. So you can imagine my shock when an agent called and said he would have to charge me over double the reserved airfare. He said the manager was in a meeting and eventually he just hung up on me! Buyer beware!

Run! Book my ticket to Hawaii for 8 for $618 per person. Got an email to call them back. Called and said seats are sold out they can get me on another flight for $900 plus per person. Also I talked to a person named Michael Smith with an Indian accent! No definitely scam! So I told him vehemently to cancel all bookings and the bloke just hang up on me.

They put discounted prices on the website that does not exist. They make you fill out the form, click the booking button. Then a few hours come back to you that the ticket you have booked isn't available. They offer tickets with much higher prices that I could originally even found on airlines own website. You have to run after them for cancellation. This is really wrong way of doing business.

Me and my sisters and one of their boyfriends decided to book a trip to Hawaii for a good price but then they got mine and the boyfriends last name wrong and we have been trying to get it fixed for months but they won't do anything so my dad a cop called to try to work it out but they hung up on him while he was explaining the problem… well we are supposed to leave tomorrow and we don't know if we can even go bc the airline said they can't do anything about it and the only ones who can are the company who booked it for us. Moral of the story I don't think me and my sisters boyfriend can go tomorrow. This companies workers are terrible and they have no respect for others this is a scam and maybe not a purposeful one but still a scam… if I could give this place a zero they would get a big fat one at that! I'm thinking of suing to get my money back for not just the flight but also the rental car and the place we were going to stay

I purchased a trip in January 2020 and then had to cancel due to the world shut down for Covid. Now the tell me my "Credits" expired and I'm out $1951.00 I filed a fraud/ scam report with BBB and will be filing an official police report for my attorney. These people should not be allowed to steal from people. That's larceny.

The worst travel agency, first they give you a good price and then they cancel your flight because they sell it to them that someone else for a better price, don't buy with them, they just cheat on you

The prices they offer are not the prices you will get. They let you book and then call you back with that fare is no longer available and offer you a higher fare. The language barrier is horrible. #SCAM

Yes! Do not book with this Holafares at all! Their website shows good prices but when I talked to one of non English person saying that prices were sold out! I checked the prices every hour(same prices were there on the website). They are being dishonest! They just put the cheaper prices on their website so customers contact them for the prices but they try to sell ticket with high prices. They are trying to play with customers!

Booked a flight. Was charged $963.38 on 2/22/22. Then while waiting for confirmation, they said the airline cancelled the flight. I called the airline. They did not cancel. I called them back. After many hassles, they refunded me $478.38 and told me they will book us flights for the difference. On 3/8 Michael Smith, who we have been dealing with all this time, sent us an email at 10:49am ET. Said we would receive etickets and a confirmation number within 24 hours. Guess what... nothing. At 6:44Pm I just called and he told us give 2 more hours. Stay away from them. I am going to contact the AG's office and better business bureau

This place is a scam! Do not ever book with these people! I had $1200 in credits from a flight that was cancelled due to covid and when I called back in December to find out when my credits expired they said March 20th. When I called in March (Ray) told me that I had until April 11. I have been trying to call for days now to book…kept getting disconnected and then when I finally spoke to someone they are telling me my credits expired January 15! They literally stole my money! Then they were trying to "offer" me a flight that was $356 on United for $1100 per person! Scam artists! If you value your money do not book with these people! Worst company ever! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well!

Hola Fares publishes flights/fares that do not exist. They then called me to switch me over to flights that are double the published fare on the website. They canceled my reservation with no charge, but the low non-existing fares are still published on the website when I searched a day after.

Horrible. Worst experience ever. Paid first price then flight was cancelled. Was put in hold for over 20 mins more than once. My money has still not yet been refunded also. They only wanted to help me when I was spending money. Not goood english speakers. Just horrible. Would not recommend and am planning to file law suit cause of what I've been through which is not stated in the terms of service or booking.

I made two different reservations yesterday 11/4/2021 and waited for their confirmation. I called today 11/5/2021 and they tell me that they do not have the $200 airfare and offered me first class, with no charge to change or cancel, free bags, etc. for $850 dollars. Totally deceiving company.
