My experience with Tailor4Less has been excellent. The fabrics they have on offer are of very high quality and they have a wide selection to choose from. My order arrived on time as promised and the custom 3-piece suit, along with the custom coat I designed on their website, all fit me like a glove! The staff are very helpful and informative. Terrible quality, terrible cut, non existing customer service. AVOID this company at all costs.
Bought 2 suits in linen, measured with their online tool. When it arrived it was about 3 sizes too large at the chest and arms too short. Absolutely ridiculous. Contacted customer service who wanted pictures but essence of their reply was that they couldnt do much other than waste my time for 2 weeks. Took it up with paypal, got pressured into dropping the paypal case by hockerty. Paypal ruled in hockertys favor.
Warning to everyone thinking of ordering: its more fun to burn your money than to buy suits here but if youre looking for a quick solution to waste cash, then this is the place to be. Absolute garbage product and garbage staff.

Believe the 1-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before ordering from Hockerty. The company is very EASY to order from and HARD to work with. There is no customer service department. The "Contact Us" link is just a labyrinth of FAQ. You will never find a phone number, email, or chat. The chat from the home page is just an automated series of responses that is verbatim from the "Contact Us" link. Once your order is placed, you have to rely on hope.
I placed my order and was quoted 3-4 weeks. That has come and gone. I did receive a mass e-mail that stated my order would be delayed and received an updated delivery date. That too has come and gone. All emails come from a "no-reply" email address. You have no way to contact them.
My only option at this point is to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Very very poor service fronted by a shiny website full of promises.
I ordered 3 suits, one intended for a wedding, with the delivery date a week before the wedding. On the expected delivery date we got an email saying the order was re-assigned and the new date was the day of the wedding at the end of the week.
Asked Customer Services for help but they have not responded other than repeating the revised delivery date - as much help as a chocolate fireguard and a big fail on customer service.
I am now sourcing a suit for the wedding locally and will not be accepting any delivery from them whenever it arrives - full refund request already submitted.
Avoid avoid avoid!
The whole experience with this company has been below average. The customer service team are inadequately equipt with the knowledge of servicing customer enquires. My suit has taken close to a month and I've just received an email stating it will now take a further 5 days for shipping. I've been getting suits tailor made me in China for 10years and nothing compares to this company. Take your money else where... Or better still burn it. You'll get more satisfaction out of that.

The orders placed in February have been sent with a delay. Our customers were advised about it in the moment they made the purchase.

£250 worth of suit and chinos wasted. Quality is cheap, fitting is terrible, no refunds, no exchanges, "perfect fit guarantee" is a sham. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
The materials used were awful. The chinos are made with this cheap plasticky material that feels like paper and when you wear the trousers. Fit is terrible too. Customer service via some customer service centre in Switzerland but all work done in China and the packaging labels are in Chinese.
Just don't do it and get yourself an off-the-shelf suit tailored at your local tailor, where a skilled tailor can measure you and adjust your suit properly.
UPDATE: after some back and forth with customer services, the "perfect fit guarantee" is just them saying they will give you store credit for costs of a local tailor. So not really a guarantee. You need to spend more money with a tailor (and indirectly, with them) to get a perfect fit. Not a guarantee but a bit of a way to scam you out of more cash.
I was really excited about this company and bought 3 pieces. My measurements were taken by an experienced taylor (just in case) according to their guidelines.
When I received the goods, it was a disaster. The jacket needed adjustment, the skirt as well and the pants needed to be remade. I live in Scandinavia, local taylors are expensive. They just wanted to refund 30 euros, when the taylor cost 70 at least. I was travelling and couldn't send the measurement for pants inmediately or go to my local taylor before 2-3 weeks. They refused to refund and offer me a very special credit.
Are they dreaming?. Do they think that people are stupid?. I may loose a little money but their investors,..., I am sorry about them, I would advise them to get out of that company.

To be honest I didn't expect anything that could fit me. Measuring at home and with some bad reviews online. But I have to say that the suit fits me perfectly and the fabric is really nice. Nice experience.
Complete rip-off… even if the suit didn't fit like a paper bag, the material is absolute garbage. Just go to Nordstrom and buy a Indo Chino suit. Same price point, but the fit and material quality are 10x's better.
My jacket was 2" too small around the chest, waist and arms. Unwearable. Colour not as online. The pocket wasn't aligned and looked like an after thought. I followed their instructions and took it to their recommended local tailor who told me there wasn't enough cloth in the jacket to make the adjustments. Hockerty refused a refund. I had to return it to them at my expense.
After a further 7 weeks I have received a jacket that fits and only needed minor adjustments to the sleeve length, which Hockerty paid for at a local seamstress. Overall, I'm satisfied with the finished product, but it took a total of 5 months (some delay due to Covid restrictions, but not all)
Great suit, especially for the price! I love how the customer measurements fit me like a glove and the selection of suits isn't bad either! All in all, I would highly recommend purchasing a suit here!
I ordered a suite from Hockerty well before the Shanghai lockdown. They quoted two weeks to deliver the item which would have been one week before they were locked down. There were delays starting production and the suit was not ready to ship before lockdown. As a result the event I have 6 weeks later where I needed the suit was missed and I had to source a local suit. Hockerty would not budge since production had started. 12 weeks later they send me a notice the suit had shipped. They missed the event date by 1.5 months and the quoted delivery date by over 2 months! Support (Marta) said there is nothing we can do. Avoid this scam of a company. I am glad I used a good credit card as I performed a chargeback which was successful. Such a scam! Not honourable, and not to be trusted.
Ordered a suit the sewing was beyond horrid. They only offer that you pay to have there mistakes fixed to maybe reimburse you back a portion. If that is not possible they will remake the suit after pictures are sent of you in the suit. Suit coat was too long over 5 inches too long. Where sleeves met body of jacket they rolled almost comically. Metal clip on pants broke the 1st try on. Pant legs comically big to the point they look like bell bottoms. Multuple emails back and forth and they are unfaulting on a refund. I even offered to pay return shipping.

Shady practices, do not use them. Ordered a coat, but cancelled it 3h later after seeing negative reviews. They gave me the cancellation and started the refund. 2 days later, they withdrew the refund from the bank and put the order back as active without any notification. Now they refuse to respond to my messages and I can't cancel a 2nd time because more than 24h passed.
I have never left a review for anything in my life. But please please do not order from this website. My fiance designed a custom suit, and it was the WORST QUALITY suit I have ever seen. The stitching was not aligned and very obvious mistakes throughout the entire suit. When I contacted them with photos they would not refund me or give me a store credit. They said that the stitching like this was normal and there was nothing wrong with it. After MONTHS of back and forth trying to find a reasonable solution (the only customer service is through email), they offered to remake the suit in the same or different fabric. Because of our timeline, we had to order another suit from a different company for the wedding. After communicating the new fabric he wanted, they said it would be $79 for a change of fabric. We cannot afford another charge for a suit, nor would we give them more money if we could. In total, we lost over $350 from this company and have nothing to show for it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Horrible customer service. Today was the day that my suit should have been delivered. I still have yet to receive the suit, and i need it for an event in two days. They told me that the suit would be ready by October 15th, and when you look online it says still in Tailoring. I have no idea when this suit will be completed, this is a Scam. When you email customer service no one reaches out. On their website, it says that they will reach back out in 48 hours. That is a lie!. Don't order from here.
9/2 This is an update from a prior review:
I had purchased a 3 piece suit for a wedding for this December. And when I received the garment the buttons on the vest were crooked. After going back and forth with customer service they finally agreed to fix the issue IF is paid for shipping for a return, which cost me $10, which I regretfully and reluctantly did.
I received the remade vest, however it had the same issue the buttons on the breast were totally askew.
Once again I reached out to them, and after a month of pursuit I finally got them to agree to a remake. AGAIN, they wanted me to pay for shipping to fix THEIR mistake. I refused and explained that after 6 months, I was no longer interested in paying them to get some tailoring practice in. I requested a full refund and to return their suit, which they declined.
BOTTOM LINE: avoid hockerty!
I bought a 3 piece suit and and the vest was poorly tailored( the breast buttons were totally crocked). They refused to tailor another garment fixing the problem, and only offered me a 20% refund for the vest.
I am still in the process of getting the issue resolved, I will update when the situation changes.
5/17 update: So after going back and forth for several weeks they are now willing to remake the vest. Keep in mind that even though it was their mess up, I WAS RESPONSIBLE for sending the garment back to them, which cost me about $10 in shipping. I will update again once I receive the remade vest.
Update 7/25: After sending rlthe garment back, they sent a replacement with the exact same issue. The breast buttons are once again crocked. I have reached out, again, to have the issue addressed and am awaiting a response. I will update again once I receive it.
8/30: I am no closer to getting my issue resolved. Ive sent and received about a dozen emails, going back and forth about the vest ans trying to get another replacement. Their last email indicated that the tailors didnt think there was any kind of issue.
I included a picture of the vest remake. It has a black button placed where the button should lay.
Carefully measured three times, sent in my order for a wool suit. Very happy to get the suit rather quickly even though it was from China. Suit arrived balled up and a wrinkled mess, no problem since I planned on having it pressed anyway.
The suit fit was less than expected so a trip to my tailor was in order. I was thinking the suit looked pretty rough but would see what the tailor had to say. Tailor said to throw it in the trash, looked like a 12-year-old made it. Not only was it a poor fit but the workmanship is very bad. My Tailor also demonstrated that suit is not wool as stated. Took a small trimming from inside and heated it. Wool doesn't melt, this melted. This is an honest assessment of my purchase. No, I'm not going through the pain of trying to get them to refund based on other reviews I am seeing now. I don't have the patience, chock it up to a lessoned learned and spread the word to help others.
Stay far away. I see that they have changed their name to Hockerty.
If I could give this a zero star, I would! Firstly, I ordered a suit jacket and pants from their website with all the measurements included. When I received the suit, not only was it very poor quality material, but it didn't even fit correctly. I tried multiple times to tell them that I had to return it as I was very dissatisfied (to say the least), but they refused to do so, and wouldn't even alter the suit without a charge! Beware of this crooked offshore company that is unethical and does not care about caring for their customers at all. Do not purchase any clothing from this site!
Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
