New Blazer

Received my new blazer today and it fits perfectly. This is on top of the excellent service I received when ordering.

The ordering process was very easy, and they kept me informed of progress of delivery etc. And it was delivered within the time frames stated on their web site.

Overall really pleased with the service and product - well done!

I wish I could give them negative star review as their customer service is abhorrent and severely lacking. Honestly I think they are a scam. I've tried to resolve the issue of the bait and switch and they are useless. I ordered a "custom suit" lol that was not custom nor was it the suit I ordered not even the material or color was what I had ordered. Stay away- buy local!

Do not use this company! Their guaranteed fit statement is a lie, the quality of the shirts no better than Asda and their customer service blunt, unhelpful and dismissive!

I ordered 3 shirts due to their guaranteed fit statement, followed their videos to ensure accurate measurements and got one of the worst fitting shirts ever!

They told me to get them tailored in line with their guaranteed fit policy but due to all the work required to get them to fit the bill was £60... hockerty only cover up to 25% of the order value which meant they refunded me £28... this didnt even pay for 2 shirts to be put right therefore their guaranteed fit policy is a complete lie!

They will never get my business again!

I recently placed an order for a custom shirt and jeans from this store, but unfortunately, both items turned out to be ill-fitting. I must advise others to steer clear of this store entirely.

I have had positive experiences ordering custom clothing online before, particularly from a tailor store, where I received a well-fitted shirt using the same measurements I provided to Hocerty. Considering I have a trusted tailor store in London as well for my shirts and suits, I was fully confident in the measurements I shared with Hocerty.

Regrettably, my experience with them left me feeling disappointed.

I just received my suit today from Hockerty. When opening the package the suit was folded in such a way that didn't leave wrinkles. My suit was a perfect fit, no need for the tailor, which I was very happy about.

The material was of high quality and craftsmanship. A great suit from Hockerty, and they have great customer service aswell that kept me updated through the whole process.

Very Disappointing.

We ordered a waistcoat for my sons prom a few weeks ago. We followed the step by step instructions for measuring and placed our order, confident that we were going to get a quality product and looked forward to getting it. We were surprised because as soon as we placed our order we got a message from Shanghai to say they had started to make our waistcoat. We thought we were dealing with a company in the UK! Anyway the waistcoat arrived and that's when it all went seriously wrong. It looked poor quality and homemade and was so small my son couldn't do the buttons up and the waistcoat was uneven at the bottom. Not worth the £90 it cost us. We replied to the " made to measure guarantee" and got no reply. Can't say I was surprised. We have now got a replacement waistcoat from Marks and Spencer for £35 and 10 times so much nicer than the waistcoat from Hockerty. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Be Warned!

Complete Scam

Do not purchase anything from this site, you would do better opening your window and letting your money fly out. Quality is horrible, customer service is horrible, product looks nothing like what they show on the site. No return policy, so basically they give you whatever they want and keep your money.

I had been desperately searching for an exact replacement for a much loved jacket for my husband. As he has dementia it was important that it looked exactly the same so that he would accept it as his. The process of being able to stipulate each detail enabled me to get a replica of the original which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. As the order was made in the pre-Christmas period I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. However, I was kept up to date with emails and the package arrived with 3 days to spare, AND with a gift of a leather belt to apologise for the delay! Apart from the fact that the original jacket has faded, with time and frequent dry-cleaning, the 2 jackets are identical. I look forward to giving the new one to my husband on Christmas Day. Nice options for customization and their fit guarantee was accurately upheld. I was very happy with their customization options and received 2 blazers that looked and fit great. Hockerty is one of the best made to measure brand I have seen in my life.

Never order here!

My fiancé and I ordered our vests for our wedding through hockerty. We though we were buying a high end product, which was not the case. The material looked cheap and almost like a potato sack. We also paid extra for customized buttons and when we received the vest they were falling off. Never buy from this company.

I don't know how they made the items. Nothing fits, I am throwing everything away. If you want to complain, they refer you to website that tells you it is not returnable. Do yourself a favor stay away.

Great customer service!

Hockerty had the best priced, 100% wool suits and on top of that they shipped quicker than any online suit place. It was a no brainer to order from them. I needed the suit for a funeral and so I ordered it. The funeral arrived sooner than expected and I asked if I could cancel my order even though it had been two days since the order. They were so friendly and warm with me since I explained to them my dilemma. They cancelled the order and refunded my account quickly and it was super easy. Unfortunately, I had to pick up a lame suit at JcPenney since I needed one ASAP. I'll definitely order from Hockerty next time.

After having a coat that can not be fixed, I sent it back to Sumissura to discover after few days that they closed my support ticket. Paypal suggested that I contact The Internet Crime Complaint Centre but still to try to resolve the issue with the seller. I have told Sumissura what I am going to do and they immediately offered me an option to get a new coat. The new coat was made to the same measurements as before, but the new one was just amazing. Guys, do not give up if you are not happy with the clothes they made for you.

The WORST suit I've ever purchased. Stay away from these guys. I had a tailor do my measurements to make sure it would fit, and the suit came late and was so poorly made that when I went to the tailor to get it corrected he laughed at the possibility. Not only did the suit not fit in almost every aspect, but the quality of workmanship was terrible. Customer Service was slow to respond and left me needing to buy another suit because of the time it would have taken for the to "try" and remake it. Even if it had been tailored perfectly it would still have been the cheapest quality suite I have ever bought. You can get something 10x better with better service for less than half the price at Jos.A. Bank's or the garment district. STAY AWAY!

Third suit ordered and received perfectly on time as usually. There was also an offer for a free shirt so I toke the opportunity to order one and see if it fits as well as the suits themselves.
The suit was exactly as ordered but before opening the shirt package, I saw that there was a chest pocket while I ordered the shirt without one (yes, you can select any of the shirt options even if it's free).
So I opened a support ticket and get a reply within 24h asking me to take a picture of me wearing the shirt. I dressed myself with the shirt and surprise, what I though was a chest pocket was in fact the shirt's sleeve. Support ticket closed with my apologies and lot of laughs!

Great tailors! We had two suits, one shirt and one leather jacket tailored to perfection here. They fit like a glove now! They have a great variety of suits. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them and will be going back to them next time I need a suit!

Great Customer Support

I received my order more quickly than I anticipated. The three-piece suit did require some alterations and the process to file a claim to work with support through the alteration process was quick and easy. The customer support representative I worked with was very helpful and responsive. The original turnaround time for Hockey to do the alterations in house was pushing right against when I needed the suit for my wedding. When I communicated that to the representative assisting me, he was quick to come up with another solution that better met my needs. I would purchase a suit from Hockerty again just based on the great pre-sales support I received from Jonathan and the team.

I ordered a pair of wool slacks, sent the correct measurements and they came in way too short, i contacted them sent a picture and they produced another pair that were correct, no questions or problems. The wool was a slightly lesser quality than i was expecting but the fact that they fixed the problem without a hassle was impressive. I would use them again

WHERE IS MY SUIT?!?!?

It's been six weeks and I placed a customer service email two days ago. I have heard no response and my event is next Thursday. A week from today and the suit has not even gone through quality control is according to their website. This is a really terrible service when you need something, I am very disappointed. I cannot speak on the quality of the suit yet, but hopefully that meets up the standard otherwise it's going right back. I really don't need the suit considering it is coming after the event I ordered it for… I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in this horrible service.

Avoid Hockerty!

I have ordered from Hockerty since they were Tailor4Less (10+ years). On my last order of 13 dress shirts, 5 were sent without the collar interliner or sewn in collar stays. I reached out to customer service about the manufacturing issue.

Customer service proceeded to tell me I choose "soft collars" in the customization. I explained I did not and that "soft collars" was not even an option to choose. I was then told on the advanced version of their website it was an option. I emailed back that I was not even aware there was an advanced version of their website and would be happy to show them via Zoom what my configuration options are. They responded back, sorry I choose the option and they made the shirts as I requested therefore they would do nothing.

So I am now stuck with 5 of 13 dress shirts that are made incorrectly. After 10+ years, I will never order from Hockerty again and I suggest you save yourself the same frustration and lost money.
