I ordered a custom tuxedo and confirmed the measurements with a Tailor. The suit arrived from (China?) Order # 1942**** and was ridiculously too large, to the point it could not be altered easily.
Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, the quality was extremely poor. Very cheap, thin material and nowhere near expectations for the price I paid of $501.90. Hockerty.com does not have a phone number to customer service. The only way to communicate is through their online support ticket.
Oleskiy identified by first name only refused to refund my purchase price even after I provided FED-X International tracking number for which Oleskiy subsequently confirmed receipt of my returned item.
Instead of offering a refund, he offered to send me another suit with a +20% upcharge/ price increase, completely avoiding the quality issue despite numerous emails back and forth.

There is zero quality control and zero accountability from their non-existent customer service department. I have requested complete contact information to log a formal complaint with the Swiss Ombudsstelle for E-commerce to seek remedy and refund of my purchase priced as well as potential legal action in the United States for deceptive business practices.

This is a cheap Chinese company, even though it lists its company through an address in Switzerland, so do not be fooled by its professional look. It even recently changed its name to Hockerty from the old name Tailor4Less due to the massive amount of negative online reviews posted for it.
My own experience: I ordered from them a couple of years ago, and the clothes were decent - more so than just buying off the rack. This second time, however, was another story. The trousers couldn't even be put on, let alone worn comfortably, as though they had taken my body measurements as the actual measurements to make the garments into, rather than making the trousers actually FIT someone with those measurements.
Communicating with the email staff, unfortunately, is infuriating. They spout sympathetic platitudes while reminding us that we cannot ever get refunds. Then we have to take pictures, document the size problems, pay for return postage, and wait several weeks while they try again - with extra time taken to ensure the "perfect fit" this time.
When they replacements came, the thighs had been redone, but the crotch had not changed, which means they only changed PART of the carefully explained problem. This essentially means that there is no uniformity in how the different factories use the measurements - it is entirely random. How can they claim to make custom-fit garments if they don't even have a standard way of using measurements? Then they expected me to repeat the entire process, at the cost of my own time and money.
It boils down to this: they are not a scam insofar as you will actually be sent clothes in the colours you selected. However, they are made in Chinese factories with no quality control, and every order is a gamble. If the clothes arrive too small, they will remake them but never refund you (they would be able to "guess" at your size and remake the clothes a dozen times and still turn a profit because of how cheap they are to make). If they are too big, they will make you modify them at a local tailor and refund you only about 20% of the cost of the job. They will keep citing their small print to exclude you from refunds, and you will not have any recourse because there is no quality control in China, nor an easily defensible trade law avenue.
I have learned my lesson, and will NEVER buy custom clothes online again. I found a good local tailor that makes bespoke menswear that didn't cost any more than Hockerty despite being in Australia, and I will trust to them henceforth.
Don't take the risk unless you enjoy gambling at poor odds.
I don't know why I didn't see all the crappy reviews about this company or maybe the website I was looking at was theirs which they seem to only post good comments. I bought a 2-piece suit. It was crumpled in the bag; no hangar. The jacket sleeves were way too short, and the holes for the arms were so small, I'm sure I'd rip it if I raised my arms. The pants were too short and too big in the waist. I just wanted my money back, but their customer service person said I had to take it to a tailor, have the pants altered, and they would remake the jacket. I've sent a couple of emails to customer service, and nobody has gotten back to me. The quality of the material is not good either, and it took forever for me to get this suit. I bought a DKNY suit from amazon.com and it fit perfectly, cost less, arrived much quicker, and the quality was much better. I will never buy another ANYTHING from them again. I'd rather get my money back and buy another one from amazon.com, but I doubt they'll do anything but give me the run-around through emails. Crap... Unbelievable!
Okay, I responded back to them privately expressing my desire to send them the whole thing back so I can get a DKNY suit from amazon.com, and they jabbered on about it not having resale value. Who the heck cares? I wouldn't pay $100 for that suit if I saw it on a rack in a store, and it will take at least 3 weeks to get the remade jacket back. It's just a hassle all the way around. I had to pay $22.50 to mail it back to SPAIN, and had to pay way more than that if I wanted proof they received it through Express mail. That makes this suit over $300, which it definitely is not worth that. I also accused them of taking advantage of International Trade something-or-another, because in this country, if someone is unhappy with a product, they can get their money back whether the product can be resold or not. So, they're using their own country laws to justify not making me a happy camper! I got an email saying they refunded the money to alter the pants, and then she reiterated for me to mail the jacket back when I sent HER receipts of me doing so on 6/2/16 (SMH). It's like she isn't reading my emails or some nonsense like that. Anyway, I still will never do business with this company again.
Sorry, Sir, but your policies suck! Like I said, this has been a complete hassle for me, and whoever was responding to me in emails was giving me the run-around and vague answers. I bet that jacket comes back and doesn't fit again! And, if you had sent me the alteration money in time, I would've been able to use the money. As it stands, you waited so long and I shutdown the card used to pay for it! Just shabby all the way around. Never again! Don't do business with this company if you appreciate your sanity.

Ho letto molte recensioni prima di fare il mio primo acquisto su Hockerty ed ero un po dubbioso e timoroso su quanto avrei ricevuto. Però per 196 potevo rischiare e al massimo lavrei fatto modificare a qualche sarto locale. Ho seguito alla perfezione i tutorial, ho inviato lordine e aspettato la consegna. Fantastico, sono stato molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto. Per quanto mi riguarda ha una buona fattura, abito in cotone beige, e le misure sono corrette al cm.
Lo consiglio. Magari prima fate una prova con un solo capo.

Le concept m' a plu et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix.
Je pense que si vous leur communiquez précisément les bonnes mensurations, on vous restitue un article tout à fait conforme à vos attentes. J'ai commandé un manteau et je dois dire qu'il épouse parfaitement mon corps.
Le produit m'apparaît de bonne qualité ( très beau tissu), du coup le rapport qualité/prix est intéressant.
En terme de service, les échanges sont très cordiaux et on devine au travers des correspondances un souci constant de la satisfaction Client.
Bonne réactivité par ailleurs.
En conclusion, très bonne expérience avec cette entreprise que je recommande.

Un solo piccolo suggerimento: Nella gamma dei tessuti non ho trovato la lana leggera estiva (tipo tasmanian) che sarebbe molto gradita soprattutto nel colore grigio scuro.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Habe für 800 Euro zwei Anzüge gekauft. Leider hat die Maße überhaupt nicht gestimmt, obwohl ich bei zwei unterschiedlichen Schneider*innen Maß genommen habe. Eine adäquate Anpassung war leider nicht möglich weil sowohl Sakko als auch Anzugshose in keinster Weise gepasst haben. Somit habe ich 800 Euro komplett in den Sand gesetzt.
Auch die Qualität des Stoffes ist generell nicht gut.
Werde nie wieder über Hockerty bestellen.
Après des semaines d'angoisse pour trois pantalons, (trop long) où j'ai dû refaire les ourlets, enfin voilà le vingtième à la bonne mesure, sur 20 pantalons commandés, 3 non conformes pas trop mal comme résultat, j'aime la qualité des tissus et la finition de bonne facture.
Solo puedo decir cosas buenas de ellos.
Teniendo en cuenta que soy barrigón, de hombros caídos y estrechos, el traje en cuanto a medidas y confección desde un punto de vista no profesional está perfecto.
Han respetado todas las medidas que les envié.
Viene tan bien empaquetado que al ver la caja creí que solo me enviaban el pantalón.
En cuanto a los plazos de entrega, lo pedí al principio de la semana santa y lo recibí en el mismo plazo, que si todo los días hubiesen sido laborables.
Los recomiendo al 100%.

Ho ordinato due giacche, con la prima ho avuto problemi perchè le maniche erano troppo lunghe, ma forse anche per un mio errore di misurazione, e la qualità della stoffa molto scadente; con la seconda le misure erano sbagliate e sono stato costretto a restituirla ed a ricevere una nuova con le misure corrette. Anche per questa la qualità della stoffa è mediocre.

Me hicieron un traje, y cuando lo recibí la americana me iba demasiado justa. Les dí las medidas que creía que eran las buenas. Y me la fabricaron de nuevo sin coste alguno. Ahora me va perfecta. Gracias Hockerty.
Leider sitzt der Anzug einfach nicht. Zu meiner Hochzeit werde ich ihn sicher nicht anziehen. Für eine Nachbesserung musste ich beim Schneider 50 zahlen. Erst hieß es, dass diese erstattet werden ABER ACHTUNG: Diese werden nur für die "nächste Bestellung" innerhalb von einem Jahr auf das Hockerty Konto gebucht. Also nicht wirklich eine Erstattung. Sehr irreführend und nicht gerade Kunden orientiert.
Alles in allem muss ich sagen, dass ich knapp 300 für einen Anzug ausgegeben habe, den ich nicht tragen werde
Es ist einfach toll Kleidung kaufen zu können, die wirklich passt. Keine Hosen kürzen lassen, bei dehnen nachher der Schritt in den Kniekehlen hängt. Keine Hemden deren Ärmel immer zu lang sind. Sich einfach wohlfühlen, weil alles richtig passt. Man kann sich seine Farben zusammenstellen, wie es einem gefällt und muss sich nicht von einer Verkäuferin sagen lassen - "Sie sind aber mutig" - wenn man eine Sakko in einer anderen Farbe als Schwarz oder Grau möchte, denn - "da gibt es nix in Ihrer Größe" - ist dann meistens die Antwort der "Fachverkäufer/innen".
Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
