I had the misfortune of ordering a couple of suits for my wedding from this company. First of all the suits didn't turn up on time which meant I had to do a mad dash to London a couple of days before the wedding to get some alternatives. Keep in mind that I ordered the suits at the beginning of September, about 5 weeks before the wedding. Hockerty assured me they would be with me within 18 calendar days. I emailed several times to check progress and each time they assured me that they would arrive the following week. They never did. I am well aware of the current issues that are afflicting the planet so I know hockerty isn't entirely to blame for late deliveries. Its more the lack of communication and notice I have a issue with. If they had been upfront about the delays I could have organized something else with plenty of time to spare. My wedding suits now nearly match my fiancé's dress in cost due to having to buy two lots of suits.
I am writing this review the day before my wedding and I am pleased to say that one of the suits has arrived but it looks like they have chucked half of one suit in the order and half of the other one. So its no good to anyone for tomorrow. I have been informed I am not entitled to any compensation or refund so I simply will not be shopping with them again.
Oh and to top it off the cut of the suits is dreadful, the trousers look like they are bell flares - there doesn't appear to be any tapering of any kind. They appear to ship the suits wrapped up in a little ball so they are as creased as humanly possible.
I really really hope this company gets whats coming to it and goes out of business before it swindles anymore people out of their money.
Nothing was right. Fabric was cheap, sizing was wrong, no return policy. Do not order anything from this company - you will regret it.
This is my 2nd attempt to get my slacks tailored properly. I sent the original order back with my measurements and indicated that I want a Classic Fit not a Slim Fit and this is what they sent me. I explained that I am 6' tall and need a 32" inseam with plenty of leg room. Even if a person is not a tailor they would know just by looking at these slacks that they would be too short for a 6' tall man! The slacks they sent me measure at a 27" inseam which is absurd. Now I received an email stating that they want me to take a picture wearing the slacks before they can decide to make another pair. Really?! Can't you see how ridiculous this pair looks compared to the slacks I normally wear!
Okay, now please look at the back of the collar, I have never seen anything like this in my life! I have a great number of suits and sports jackets and none of them are made like this. The stitching is not even aligned, and this is supposed to be a tuxedo jacket. This has to be the worst fail in the history of tailored suit jackets. Only a fool would wear a collar like this! These people are a joke, I wish that I had read some of the negative reviews! The reviews that are on here praising this company have to be fake! This was a total waste of money! I guess I have to accept the loss... DO NOT ORDER A SUIT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Also, remember that every time they screw-up your suit you have to pay to ship it back.

What an absolute nightmare. I ordered chukka boots from them and gave them my size as instructed on their website (selected US 10D since that is as much detail as they take). Boots arrive 3 weeks later at they are at least 2 sizes too big - at least. They make the customer pay for return shipping (yes, it is in their terms - but the size is NOT EVEN CLOSE). US orders have to send back to freaking Switzerland which will cost $250 for UPS (more than the boots cost) or at least $75 for USPS. However, the address the company provides is A) not in english so USPS wont accept and B) the location and post code is not recognized by USPS so they wont accept the package. Meanwhile, it takes HOKErty 4-5 days to respond to any messages and its been nearly 2 weeks since the boots arrived and I have gotten 2 responses from them.
AVOID and deal with a local shoemaker. Quality & size will be better and price only slightly more. For clothes, deal with INDOCHINO since they have LOCAL STORES, do not charge for shipping on remakes, and have EXCELLENT quality.

They will commit FRAUD if necessary. My measurements were tampered with in my profile. Luckily I printed out a copy when I placed the order. Shoulders were supposed to be 18 1/2. They were 20 1/2 inches. That is an inch on each side. Shoulders are probably one of the most important measurements when it comes to looking good in a suit. The seam on the right shoulder was also improperly sewn creating a bump. 7 of the 14 measurements were modified. Weight says I was 231 lbs. when Im 206. Once the suit is made, they tamper with the measurements to fit the suit and if you dont have an original copy you cant prove it. Tailor estimated fixing the shoulders would be $100 plus, they offer $50 reimbursement. If they agree to a remake which is probably no chance in hell, it says you have to pay shipping to return it to Europe which I can't imagine what that would cost. They claim they will donate it to the poor, but since they screw you over I cant imagine them being good to the poor. The fabric was very thin even though I paid an extra $160 for better fabric, but it was OK. I also didn't request a faux buttonhole on lapel, I didn't want one at all and there is one there and the lapels were supposed to be wide but they weren't. Those two items alone would require a remake because they cant be fixed by a tailor. There is nowhere on their website showing a buttonhole on the lapel unless you request one. They apparently change your profile to match their mistakes. I am going to dispute it with the Credit Card Company and VISA itself. When all is said and done it comes down to the fact that they committed fraud by changing the specs and it will be cold day in hell before they will be remaking you a suit. I have gone back and forth with them on a support ticket knowing what the final answer would probably be and I was right. I sent them pictures of the shoulders with a measuring tape, the buttonhole and the lapels. Also, the breast pocket was partially sewn shut and they havent even answered if that is normal and I can open it up without damaging it.

Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
