I ordered a hoodie a month ago and it says it's still sitting in there wearhouse waiting for ups. It's xmas time and you can't get merchandise out of your wear house for a month?
We are very very disappointed with the customer service we placed online order but order was not proper so we initiated return and it was picked up also but they have not refunded our money even after 1.month and several complain was made with them but they are just passing time and said we have initiated refund ready then they say send you bank statement that was also sent but they are actually making fool of people and that money is eaten up and 4k is not refunded even after several complain! This has happed earlier also so guys please be careful and don't place order online bcz of you ask refund even after returning stuff they will never refund money! It's a fraud! They are misbehaving also and cut phone on our face! That is really rude and unprofessional! Be careful and don't place online order atall
I paid for next day shipping on an order that I placed on a Thursday morning. The next day shipping was $30 and it wasn't expected to deliver until Monday. I needed this package before leaving for a trip on Saturday. I called Friday asking where my package was and that I wanted a refund for the shipping fee because it was not going to be delivered the "next day". They said they could not give me a refund because it might be delivered on Friday even though 2 seconds before they told me that it wasn't going to be delivered until Monday. They then told me to call back Saturday to get the refund after the order isn't delivered by the correct time. When I called back on Saturday, they refused to give me a refund bc they said that Next Day shipping meant 2 business days. It does not say that anywhere on my confirmation email. I then asked for a complete refund because given the fact I was going out of town and would not be able to use the clothes I ordered I didn't want them anymore. They refused that as well. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused to transfer me over both days. Mr. Ta Kelly is the man I spoke to and he is rude, not helpful, and very condescending. Literally the worst customer service department I have ever had to deal with. I will absolutely NEVER shop with them again.
Ordered something online for a Christmas gift. Shipped late to begin with, finally got it and they send me childrens elf outfits?!?!? I ordered a mens sweater and womens underwear. Completely garbage and they're doing nothing to rectify the issue. DONT ORDER. They'll ruin your order and conveniently your Christmas as well!
I used to LOVE H&M and I was ordering from them on a regular basis for my entire family.
However, extremely long delivery times are unacceptable and I'm not ordering from them anymore. They take your money for all the items ordered, it takes forever to deliver, customer service is useless and you don't have the option to cancel your order.
Compared to all other sites like Zara, Reserved, and C&A...H&M is just not reliable. Also, many products (sizes) are out of stock.
Everything nice is always out of stock! They say it's new arrival and some kind it's out of stock, immediately. It's stupid. Why are you in our region anyway if you think we can only afford to buy cheap things. Well I don't need cheap and awful looking things if I can't buy the better ones.

For some reason using a shipping company that also has TERRIBLE reviews. I don't know why they offer shipping. They clearly don't care whether you get your order. I have loved h&m for years but I'm giving up on them.
Reading other reviews, I now see that mine is not unique. I received the correct order slip but with the wrong products. When I contacted customer service, they said I had to return the incorrect items then would need to re-order my original order, which is so wild to me. Other companies would just send out the original order, no questions asked. I then had another issue with the return because the money was put back onto a Visa gift card I no longer had because I spent the amount on it. I requested store credit, and they said they couldn't do that. It's like they're going out of their way to *not* help their customers.

Worst delivery services and worst customer service ever. I created an order, 15 days later. Still have not got it. I reached out to customer service 4 times via call, 2 times via Chat, 1 time to UPS as well who told me they never got a pick up order call from the warehouse. No matter however many times I called H&M, not a single time they called the warehouse. One call to warehouse could have solved the issue but it's highly unorganized. Now after 15 days, when things are out of stock and deals are gone. They are giving my price back which is not a right compensation for my time and lost items. But they don't care at all. Not owning up to their mistakes even a bit. I wish atleast they should learn how to treat their customers and how to work between their own departments. Group of Highly unprofessionals. I even created a ticket and had been on call for 1 hour, never recieved a call back either!
When we return the product they don't give refunds.they say that it will take 30 days for the process.bt in my case it been 60 days and still i didn't get any refund.Really disappointed
This company took forever just to package some items I ordered. I needed the following items for a baby shower. It's still sitting in the warehouse and has yet to be shipped. They said I wouldn't receive my order until later on next week. By then my baby shower will be over, I asked for the customer service agent to cancel my order but she would not. They are not helpful and clearly do not care about their customers. They have already took the money and have yet to send my product. I'm so over this entire company.
I brought a cardigan from this company on 11/08. I received shipping information shortly afterwards and was notified that my package will be delivered via Pitney Bowes. Excited to receive the items I paid for, I tracked my package daily. Fast forward to the 16th, Pitney bowes indicated that my package was delivered to my apartment when in fact it WASN'T. I was home all day and no one never knocked on my door nor left a package. Now I know this isn't H&M fault so I reached out to the shipping company but never heard back from them. Then, I proceeded to reach out to H&M. They indicated that I will get a refund (see screenshot for reference). However, when I checked my email, it stated that I will get a refund after they have received the item (see screenshot for reference). How can I ship something back to you all when I NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. If I don't get a refund, I will take this to my bank to dispute the charges. In the meantime, I will never shop with this company again because Pitney Bowes is absolutely horrible. Here's a piece of advice, please work with a more reputable shipping company.
I don't know what happened to H&M. But itvused to have nice clothes. Now they just have horrible,bulky garbage expensive clothes. Sizes are way off
Didn't receive my return from about 2 months and they didn't even take any action about my complain just wrote a formality mail to me and that's it from their side.
