Love the soft close on items, though some people still don't seem to understand it. One issue is a recent auction I was bidding on was supposed to go up by increments of 5 yet when I checked my bids I was outbid on several items by 3 dollars, seems a little off to me.
I had an issue HiBid helped work it out. Apparently these auction houses use the same program and are tied together. Thus, they create a social score for bidders. I am not good with that. Howe ever have fun, keep invoices.

Mid-state auction service of Decatur IL basically committed fraud and is still selling to this day with no repercussion for his actions. I understand auction flex/Hibid can't give me a refund but they could give the proof I provided stop letting scammers use their platform. Very sketchy.

There were some hiccoughs when looking at specific items then going back to the main stream it would kick me out & I'd have to start over & scroll through too many pages. Not 100% user friendly.

Winning bids in auctions, some sellers do not have complete information of my credit card that was given to hibid when i registered with you, like # on back of my card, i;m used to using paypal when bidding with unknown sellers,, i works very well for me

Win 13 items, picked up, checked item #'s with invoice, all correct. Opened all items at home and two boxes were not the correct items - they were thankyou cards, my items were epoxy resin tools. Returned to depot, they verified the error but could not find my items so their solution was to give me a refund. You have the same items on the next auction which I am currently bidding and losing on.

I bid with other sites that use HiBid with out much problems, but the site for Adams sucks. Why is it on this site only that when I sign on it shows all my other Want Lists? It makes it harder and confusing to use and also doesn't appear to allow me to go and look at previous auction detail. Adams Auctions is the only site that brings up these problems.

Website crashed a couple times and would not load right when an item we were bidding on was coming due to sell. Also, wish in all modes there was a show all. Pain to have to scroll and when u loose your place by going in to look at an item. Should go back to where u were in catalogue option
