The website says that returns are simple and easy. I received the clothing I ordered, none of which was the quality or design shown on the website and wanted to return all of it. The customer service rep told me I would have to send the clothes to China for return and instead offered a 15% refund and I would keep the clothes. The cost to ship to China exceeded the value of the clothes. This vendor is misleading on all fronts.

I just recently purchased from Hesimple.com. It was very easy to review around the site, as well as checkout. My items came faster then expected as i choose expedited shipping. When I received my items they were perfect just like the picture on the website.

Not only could I not have been more dissatisfied with the quality of the fabric of all three pieces I ordered, but the pants were obviously mislabeled for sizing. To date, I have been unable to get any information from their service department to facilitate a return.
