I also am awaiting an address for return.
The address labels on the two packages i received

Have these return addresses:

1. COLIN
605 W. Victoria St.
Commerce CA 90220

And

2. Dept CA #1169
13725 Pipeline Avenue
Chino, A 91710

If anyone can confirm which is right, please do so.

They answered my emails quickly but the process of obtained ng a refund did not work

You're Lucky! My parcel had only my address, and with the items there was an anonymous paper of the goods list.
