Hesimple is a great company, Customer Service is the most helpful and courteous of any vendor I have ever dealt with. They stand behind their products, make changes and substitutions until the customer is satisfied. Cannot say enough great things about this company, products and their staff.
I have bought numerous items from Hesimple including tops, jeans and shoes. Surprisingly all have been very very good. Great sizing (and I am a curvy girl so small sizes really annoy me). All quality items also. I buy from them regularly.

Hesimple's sizing chart is so helpful like I never got an order that wasn't the right size before thanks to that. Some shops should use the same charts. There are those that use something similar, but not as effective as Hesimple's.

Shopping online is easy but trusting the online shop you haven't shop before is kinda hard. Good thing that Hesimple is a trusted online shop that I found. All of their clothing are amazing in quality. Their service and customer handling are just awesome.
The dress you buy is comfortable, it adapts very well, it is totally elastic, the photo of the model is as it is, although the fabric is thin, in summer it gives a little heat but I suppose that for other seasons it is perfect. I wanted him to hide underwear with tight clothes and perfectly fulfills his function.
Hesimple meet the minimum amt for express shipping but if some or even 1 item says ready within 7-14 days, you need to be a patient and wait even more than 2wks, mine took around almost a month but everything was worth the wait.

I am very excited to use my new bought Gold Hole In One Necklace from hesimple.com. It is very simple and very nice to see. I loved this one. The price is very reasonable and they have a great customer service. I liked their approach to help the customer to find their best match.
Took TWO weeks to receive the shorts I ordered. There was no tracking information but hesimple.com had already informed me of the estimated delivery date range and that there would be no tracking information due to the ship method I selected. I have no complaints and the shorts fit fine and looks great!
The clothes were the wrong size. I asked for a return address and waited 5 days. When they did not reply I used the return address on the packaging. Hesimple then replied and said not to use that address. I pointed out that it was misleading to deliver goods with a "Return" address which was not a return address. They then offered a 20% refund which I agree to get this over and done with. I had to cancel my credit card before refund was received and provided a different card details. They tell me they have sent a refund to some payment clearing house but I have not received it.
I have had good and not soo good communications with sellers. Some too slow with responses. My orders been lost. Free shipping is not the best and extremely slow. Not very happy with service at the moment. DHG customers service has been excellent throughout all my queries.
