I have been a customer of Hesimple for around 3 years now and frankly speaking it was lovely. I never got much issues nor any bad experiences with the customer care either(frankly never spoke with customer care, so cannot comment much on it). Cute stuff that ships as described. Yes, the quality isn't going to be the greatest because that's just how clothing like this is. It's just like going to a street market in Korea or Japan, the stuff is cute but cheap.

I have bought many items from Hesimple, they offer a lot of styles and brands that cannot be found where I live. They also have offer payment options of using PayPal, which is a secure and easy checkout system. The way they offer free shipping after a certain amount is also a good point as I always buy in bulk.

I ordered a wool coat. The quality of the coat is very good. The workmanship in the coat, including embroidery and patch, was excellent. The coat looks fantastic. The shipment was very fast. I received the finished coat in a couple of days. If you are looking to buy a jacket or a coat with a nice design, I highly recommend this boutique.

Variety of products and prices, punctuality in shipments and ease in returns. I have bought in hesimple for a while and it has never failed me! The best thing, without a doubt, is to use the coupons they give.

This dress is absolutely stunning, the fit is very comfortable. I ordered a size 4 and my measurements were accurate depending on the size of the website. Again, the dress is beautiful, but I would recommend ordering it with your measurements instead of the standard size.

Only 2 out of 3 of my items were in my order. They never sent the other or gave me a refund for it. The other 2 items were awful quality and not as they appeared in the photos.

Stay clear of this company.

Very disappointing purchases. I did not realize until Paypal went through it was a Chinese company. When the items arrived I was surprised. The pictures on the website are quite inaccurate. The sizing and coloring as well as quality is lacking. The seams are poorly fabricated. Reading other reviews I realize returning items is fruitless. Not recommended.

I have ordered numerous items from Hesimple, and I have found their items to be of good to excellent quality. If you are unsure of the size or item description... simply ask and the response comes within 24 hours. On the whole their items did arrive quickly, but when an issue did arise I did find that

Beautiful clothes and more. Very satisfactory quality. Prices for every budget and adequate for quality. Very fast and not expensive delivery. Clothes are great for every season. I ordered 5 items of clothing from the site and chose express shipping. All the items I chose were supposed to shipped out within 7-15 days as the site stated. When I tracked my order, I noticed my order was split into 2 and I received my first items within 8 days and my seconds items came about a week and a half later. Overall I'm satisfied with my order and the items were as same shown on the store.
